I would vote, but there's no 0-5 option!
ditto

I'm from Stourbridge in the West Midlands.
Famous for...err....glass making (many years ago...)

Before I got the chance to call them, they called me.
It sounds like it won't be an issue, as he said you can send money from & to any account, so it doesn't have to be in my name.
He was really helpful & I'm in the process of setting up a trading facility.

www.uknova.com - its well worth it! Theres a whole host of british TV available, and its its pretty much up to date stuff aswell!
I also recommend UKNova. I think they have regular uploads of Eastenders & the community is full of expats.
I haven't moved to the US yet, but I've been using it for a couple of years. It's come in useful if I forgot to record shows or read about them after they've already been on.

Ok thanks. I'll give them a call.

Just what I was looking for. Thanks
I assume this is all the tax office require to be able to refund any tax paid this year?
& I just send this to my local tax office?

I'm currently looking into transferring about £4-5k to the US ready for when I fly over on 23rd September.
Just registered with MoneyCorp after reading a few recommendations & their rate looks equally as good as the other companies.
One thing I'm a little unsure of though is whether I am able to transfer it to my fiancee's account (Bank of America or USA). Or does it have to be sent to an account in my name?
TIA

I had my interivew last Monday (12th) & received my visa/passport on Thursday. I'm based in the Midlands.

I had my interview on Monday 12th at 10:30.
& I too have been worring about my passport/visa arriving, even though I'm not actually flying out until Septemeber.
You'll be glad to know that a few minutes ago it arrived.
It was just a guy in a Fiesta, didnt look particularly official or anything, not even a delivery van, but the main thing is I have my passport in hand with visa
Going on my time scale, hopefully you should get it within a day or 2
Who is footing the bill for the Visa?

Like most others, both about equal share.
Although I'm covering all the costs associated with moving, which isn't cheap.
