I'm sorry I'm married to usc and it's over 90 days we got married .. is it a good time to file and my i94 has expired

I'm changing from b2 through marriage to permanent resident.

What are the forms I'm gonna need to fill and send ... I'm changing from b2 and for my son too who is 12 years ... and how much money order will I be sending for both of us. Thanks and hope to read from people soon

I just got married to my wife a USC and we are about starting the filling process, please an advise on how to go about the filling of the forms and what forms will i need. I have a son that is 11 yrs old that we came into the the country together, we both came on tourist visa . I will like to know what form we will need to fill for him , and please i need an advise concerning the sponsorship part, cos my wife is not working at the moment and does not have any tax transcript, she is in school though, and also she is on section 8 for those that knows that. I wanna be sure that wont affect our filling and hope that not working wont affect our filling as well.
