You can always call NVC for an update. ?
Thank you ?
-
If you've paid everything don't worry about it. That's normal.
When your AOS fee says n/a, you likely have a case complete.
seriously ?????????
-
Don't re-submit. The first one is fine.
but i have to call nvc or does not matter?
-
If you have confirmation # it should be ok. But call NVC it should be already reviewed.
If they still haven't reviewed it maybe you will have luck and they will do it by the phone.
Ps.: Fees are unlocked?
I did all the payments and i have the confirmations of the DS261, AOS, AND DS260 and i have all the cover sheet too. but CEAC i saw INCOMPLETE (choice of address ds261)
-
I completed my DS-261 on 08 DEC 2014.The problem is that it shows incomplete after I clicked on it. Do I need to resubmit it? please help? what can i do?
i have the confirmation no.

Hi guys
I've been at nvc since October on November I pay all the fees completed the DS-260 and then I sent out the AOS And IV Documents which they recieved and now I'm waiting on the 60 days period they tell you to wait for a case complete hopefully there's no checklist then they will send it out to the consulate in D.R. for an interview it's seem like for ever to me? don't know if it's true but a lot of people in other forums tell me the consulate in D.R. Take for ever to give you an interview I hope not?

omg two months
-
we have to be very patient
-
we have to be very patient, and just think we're going to be with that person that we love
-
-
-
Congrats. Im still waiting on ours. Hoping maybe by this week.
yeah llama todo los dias

Now I have my case number of national visa center ??????
-
Does CR1 comes with work permit?
Yes, is a permanent resident, you can work, study etc.
-
nvc senting me this E-mail today
Dear Sir/Madam:
"We recently received your visa petition. We will send NVC processing instructions within 4 to 5 weeks. Please resubmit your inquiry if you have not received any information after 5 weeks".
:) :)
-

normal processing of the I 130 is 5 to 6 months. You have to call them.
they will explain you what is happening.
