They may have just touched the box!! Finally.. Got an email saying address change on i765 upon research this apparently means it is approved and has moved to production facility? Hope this is so fingers crossed!!

My interview is in less than 20 days and my EAD is still in initial review despite biometrics on sept 11!! Oh well, we are powerless in the way things are processed. Hope all of us still waiting get some good news this week! Hope those who have been processed are having luck in the job hunt!!

some forms depending on what you are filing have space for both..I wrote both in spaces provided and also sent a note requesting all mail to be sent to the PO BOX and included it behind my cover page.

Yes as long as you specify it is your mailing address. You will also need to include your physical street address. I used my PO box as mailing address for my recent petition and have had no issues with letters from USCIS so far. good luck!

Nebraska here too and no movement on EAD either but I did get an interview date at my local office....all this process is haphazard, Hope those of us who are still waiting will here something in the coming week.

on/off/on email rescheduled interview for same day as cancelled interview Nov 4 2014. A month form now. at least this time it updated online before I the letter arrived, the cancelled interview came without any online updates, maybe it is for real this time..either way we will show up on the 4th, seeing this is the second scheduled interview for that day!! my EAD and I-130 are still stuck in initial interview Hope everyone else is moving along as well and this can all be over by xmas..til ROC of course

I know this was going too fast to be true!! After getting interview letter in mailbox yesterday today I wake up to a text saying interview cancelled, I will get a letter in 30 days... I did some research and apparently this is not uncommon and often have nothing to with my actual case...Honestly people who filed in May are just now getting interviews at my local office so I am not alarmed..I guess now it is a roller coaster of wait!! Hope everyone is having a good day...and my EAD will arrive soon. I think I would be freaked out about this but after researching I am calm.

OMG!! No EAD Movement, but just found a letter in the mailbox for my INTERVIEW!! unbelieveable!! Nov 4 is the date...

Nothing on my end either, plus I think my local office may be back logged, I see a couple of people ahead of me getting letters of possible "no interviews" It was really cowded when I went in for my biometrics. Oh well the wait continues, no reason not to have fun while we wait!! Congrats to all who have updated progress, guess the rest of us are next

This is just a suggestion, Assuming you are completing the forms now it will still be a few days before you mail it it is already 9/24 I doubt USCIS will get to it before 10/1 to issue NOAs which is the first piece of mail you will get from them. So with this in mind I would suggest if you already know your new address use it as your mailing address and in the additional space provided on the form list your former address/addresses, if the lease is already signed send in a copy and maybe attach a note stating that we are currently in the process of moving to "new address" and will be officially living there as of "oct 1?" onward. Hope this helps some. Personally I used a USPS mailbox for my USCIS mailing address and my actual street address as my residence, I have not had any issues recieveing mail to date...(hope that continues fingers crossed ) Good luck!!

did mine a little over a week ago they only looked at my passport and the bio appointment letter, but I also brought my NOAs and marriage cert, just incase...rather bring them and not need them than have to reschedule. !

My EAD and Travel document application was approved today Yay !!!

No change on status of my AOS application.

WEIRD!! no movement on my EAD but my AOS has moved to "testing and interview" the info below basically says I am in line to be scheduled for an interview or have already been scheduled and will be notified by mail....this is not normal progression is it? Clueless!!

no expedite! i am pleased, but i wish others before me got theirs already as i know how frustrating it is when they don't go in order!

Received the NOA for EA approval today!

I had the biometrics on 8/28 so it took 22 days to get approval. Much faster than I expected to be honest.

USCIS gods are being nice to me so far this time around. **knocks on wood**

Card/ Document Production

On September 11, 2014, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days.

Biometrics done, office was very busy (Kendall FL) I got there at 10 for my 11 appt was number 46 in line got out about 11:40. Staff was very nice...now the real wait begins

New Visa Fees Quick question, Will AOS August filers be required to pay the $120 for financial affidavit review (dometically reviewed) as per new fees? This is the only increase I see that may affect our filing. Thoughts?
