I Went to the interview July 01 in the Dominican Rep with my husband and we were approved! We still havent recieved his visa yet and our status says "Issued" scence july 4.

Just got interview date for july 01 at Santo Domingo

My case closed on May 06. I still dont have an interview date yet for Dominican Republic. I seen some people on here who have already recieved there interview dates for the DR with case closed around same time as me.

I called this morning and they said my case is now in AP ( under administrative processing) and i have no idea why!!! Seems like they dont want to close my case dont know what i can do...

My scan date for checklist is March 16.. nothing yet. We shall see what they decide this time around

3 checklist for the same forms.. supervisor said my AOS sent in december and march was not in my file :mad: that makes me wonder what are they doing just issuing me checklist for the fun of it!?! :sad:

ahh, sorry to hear....what was the checklist for on the I864A? keep on them!!!

NVC has gone back and forth with requesting the i864 and i 864A for my sponsors husband. There was nothing wrong with the forms. Everything was completed correctly. Supervisor told me i will hear back from him less than a week. We have sent them all forms multiple times! I told him im tired of going in circles this has to stop.

Im under another supervisor review because they told me 3 weeks ago they lost my affidavit. Im not gona stop bugging these people and i have contacted my congressman to step in.

Ok VisaJourney friends . Checklist Scan date March 16 reviewed March 30 ..Another checklist number 3!! On the same form we sent in december i864A AGAIN! ANOTHER SUPERVISOR REVIEW TO FIND IT! i dnt knw wat to do !!!

I called nvc to inquire about my case and they said its currently taking 45 days to be reviewed this is good so hopefully its no more 60 days for all of us..

It will come i have a bit more to wait for me. My new scan date is march 16.. i hope i finish soon..

My case has been at the nvc since nov 2014. I sent all docs and im waiting for them to close my case. They sent me an email with a checklist, they wanted tax transcripts ok I corrected it and sent them what they wanted. Now 60 more days to review it and for them to make a decision I assume. Im eager for them to send my case to the U.S. Embassy here in managua nicaragua!!! Anyone else waiting like me? Its about to be a year in this on march 26, 2015.

I have beencat NVC scence October (first time we sent aos and IV).. i recieved 2 checklists..recently mailed checklist number 2. I am soo ready for this to be over with as well good luck to u .. im waiting on dominican republic embassy

Saw 3 N/A s this morning. Called to confirm. Put on hold for good one hour. And yes It's a CC!!! Original scan date 02/10. KAR_SAT Congratulations. We got out of NVC together. NVC speeding up. Congrats to all cc's.

After another of wait, I got a checklist. AOS entry on of the years of assessment doesn't tally with IRS data, another 60 days (But now the letter says, 60 "business days", that's like 3 MONTHS)

The first checklist i recieved on DEC 10 said the same thing and my checklist was reviewed by FEB 06 with a scan date of DEC 11.

My sister recieved mail but i have only recieved email. u just never know with them. Good luck ..

So I got a checklist for proof of US status.

I mailed in my passport data page .Is it possible to get a 2nd checklist for something not related to the first checklist ? I mean is everything reviewed again ?

In my situation yes. I have recieved 2 checklist both about AOS but the first one requested i864A for my sponsors husband and the second checklist is requesting i864 for my sponsor husband ( we mailed this the first time) and signature pages for each affidavit cuz they are questioning the valditity of the signatures. And when i recieved the 2nd checklist it said my case was closed and to take affidavits to interview. I called NVC immediatly and they said it was not closed and to mail all affidavits again and wait 60 day review.. :'( :sad:

that's bad ! can you just call them speed up for you ?

Well my case is under supervisor review again and this time we mailed all the affidavits they have requested plus the affidavits we sent in the begining.im Waiting to see how this turns out

third time ? b/c you got check list ?

I have had 2 rediculous checklists which have made no sense to be exact. They cant make up there minds and keep sending me the same thing.

So now how long does it take to recieve scan date email from NVC?. We mailed our documents again last week for the third time. i did call but they said they dont have it yet but i know they do!

I waited 29 days to recieve my checklist email. I hope nobody has to wait that long ?..

What were the checklists for, if you don't mind?

The first checklist nvc requested i864A for my sponsors husband so we sent it. Now with this checklist (i just recieved it yesterday 30 days of waiting) they want the original i864 for my sponsors husband and they want us to resign the affidavits of support. They are questioning the valditity of the signatures. But the checklist they sent me said my case was closed and to take affidavits to the interview so we called NVC and they said we had to mail the affidavits and wait 60 days for review.

6 months at NVC and 2 checklists... and still waiting on my 2nd checklist email so we can send in the AOS again for the 3rd time geezzz..

I still havent recieved my checklist email !! :sad: i been calling every other day and they said they sent it Febuary 6th! Supposedly they resent it to me recently but still i have nothing ?

Do you mean your signature, not the preparer's signature on the 1040 tax return? because on the 1040 tax return, The signature of the preparer of course should be copies.

They said my signature on the I864 was a copy. But we sent originals
