Do you have a co-sponsor? 2014 tax returns would be do. Whether your embassy asks for them or not is your risk, I would surely have it done so I am not risking being put in AP.

My interview is scheduled for APR 15 2015 Europe Time, do i need tax return for 2014 on interview day? Cause legaly my co-sponsor can do taxes till APR 15 2015 USA Time, wich is +1 day! I have his most recent taxes od 2011,2012 and 2013!

It is my understanding they will adjust your status for a CR-1 to an IR-1 at your POE.

Does my co-sponsor need to file taxes for 2014, before my interview wich is scheduled for APR 15 2015 European Time(APR 14 2015 USA Time), or i can use most recent taxes of 2011,2012 and 2013? He will file them till APR 15 for sure, but my question is can i use most recent taxes of 2011,2012,2013 cause the deadline actually is after my interview kinda tricky but please answer me

it's early yeat, theyr kinda changing theyr rules, last month they started to schedule in first week of FEB, also FEB has 28 days so probably they will start with scheduling Monday MAR 2 , stay tought and strong, we are already there a month or 2 doesnt make a difference anymore, cause we already are waiting 2 years
