Hello, on APR 28 2015 my visa was ISSUED and the status update date was APR 28 2015 and got my visa and passport, but today somehow i checked again the ceac status and the status update date was MAY 6 2015, anyone has idea why the status update was changed affter the issuance?

USCIS status shows just CASE WAS APPROVED, as i know after approval case need to be sent to STATE DEPARTMENT

yes they are rest of the world, so if scheduling started for them wait for your IL on next days

I don't think the other forum are from Mexico because we all know their visa bulletin is Aug 8,2013. There is one from the forum named Larubia, her pd is Sept 26,2013 and got interview date on June 18.

For April interviews, scheduling started in March 2 instead on FEB 27,28 , so it doesnt matter if schedule hasent started yet if by May 15 there is no schedule, than there is no movement for f2a, but i doubt, i think that schedule will start on Friday this week
