Today is calendar day 57 since we submitted our DS261 and we still don't have an IV invoice. Should we click on the DS261 and resubmit it??

I ddnt make it on time for a supervisor so I spoke to a rep and he said as long as you sent the originals its fine. How did it go when you called?

hamo13, i was only able to speak with two reps, both of them said so long as i have sent in original documents and copy of biometric page of the beneficiary, we are all good, not including copies of original IV Document will NOT get you checklisted. Hope to god that is true, hate to see checklist later in dec when they are reviewing my IV Docs....

If you do not provide copies the original documents will be kept and not returned to you.

I dont understand what you mean... Do you mean to say even after interview NO Original documents will be given back, please clarify!!!

i am confused, a lot of folks here are saying i (we) will get checklist for not sending photocopy along with original for IV Documents, I called NVC this morning the operator is saying, so long as the originals IV Docs were sent in, copies are not needed, granted alot of operator are clueless of what is needed, im getting really confused here

I will keep calling NVC in hopes of talking with atleast 4 different operator to see if i will get same story for all of them to calm my fears.... its gonna be a long day calling NVC multiple times, stay tuned ....

We also paid on th 12th and are waiting. Its the weekend. We will have to wait for Monday when the banks are open. They tell you 3-5 days anyway.

Yaa your IV should be showing PAID status by Mon, at the latest on Tues.

Paid the IV fee on 12 September but the status shows in Process still..Is this Normal as my AOS fee got paid in a day...

Kamijia, I paid my IV fees 3am on sept 11 and showed as PAID Friday evening.

The way NVC is functioning you can get checklist ...As per their instructions they need photocopy...One reason they take photocopies is that you can ask for originals at the interview...I would suggest call NVC and check...As you have recently sent the package I would send another package with the Document Cover sheet and Photocopies..

I keep getting error while filling out DS-260 online on Previous Address, on the statement below do they mean oldest to new, new to oldest?

"Please provide the following information on all addresses you lived at since turning sixteen. Begin with your address immediately before your current address."

No delays at all A lot of people don't have shots and/or records, so in those cases, most people just get the vaccines done at the medical. If you know which shots you need, and if it's allowed by the panel physician, you might want to consider getting them done earlier at a clinic as they're typically cheaper than getting them done at a medical. But, this may vary by country, so.

I'm guessing you meant she does not have her vaccinations records. It's really no biggie. They're just a couple of itsy bitsy shots that at worst will make her arm tender for a few hours; Td and MMR. Just had them earlier this week myself as my records were lost decades ago. A flu shot as well if her medical is between October and March.

And did you mean she does NOT have shot records? If so, then I'd suggest getting an anti-bodies titer test done. They test the blood for anti-bodies for the required vaccines. You can then bring those results to the medical. But if some vaccines don't show up (which happens since it's likely been awhile since she's received the vaccines), then she'll need to get those vaccines again.

Received the email at 1:02AM, Paid it at the Ceac site at 2:30am...

Finally paid it, weird I had to use Internet Explorer, firefox was acting up....

Just received & paid the IV Fee at 2am US Time!!!

How soon after you received the IV invoice did it allow you to pay IV FEES? i checked and clicked on Pay Selected Fees, but nothing is happening!!!

Finally i just got the IV INVOICE!!!!! It shows fee of $230, I wonder if by the time payment is opened if i will end up paying the new fees structure of $300+. I am just happy to get to some movement. Cant wait to get done with NVC!!!

It's normal for it to say PAY NOW in the IV portal, even when it hasn't been invoiced yet. It'll show up in the payment portal when it's ready. Hang in there.

Yaa i just spoke with Yvette, and according to her my ds-261 was reviewed on Monday Sept 8th, i should be getting IV invoice by Friday. I saw few folks from July 22-29 who have been invoiced already , im hoping for the same miracle as well!!!!!!

Quick question, Immigration Portal (ceac.state.gov) showing (PRINCIPAL APPLICANT PAY NOW) for IV, but when i click it takes me to payment portal, IV payment option is not there!!! I submitted my ds-261 on July28th, So expecting ds-260/IV any day now

Guys I called NVC few hours ago, i really confused, i submitted DS261 July 28th,1st they said 30 business days for review, now they are telling me 60days for DS261 due to high volume of mails. This freaking goal post at NVC keeps moving and moving forward its freaking ridiculous

My AOS was scanned Aug 1st, so im expecting DS260/IV sometime in the next two weeks. My wife keeps asking if its realistic to expect our reunion this year, with the 60days reviews i dont know how to really answer that. From your experience is it realistic to expect interview by Dec, if im going submit DS260/IV by mid sept and no checklist?

Also, our status currently says "certificate is ready for collection" but when my husband went to Malaysia Embassy, they told him it wasnf ready. What does the status show online when it is complete?

She applied on the Aug 18th and got it yesterday, so about a week and half. When we checked online it said "certificate is ready for collection" and when we called them, they asked her to email copy of her passport and copy of the online application. Couple of days later we got email saying bring fees and come for the certificate.

dont worry. i got the same as yours from malaysia. .nothing wrong in it. i had to collect four police report from four different countries and they all were different from each other .
