Really supervisor Ike didn't help you? I had the same issue, they said my marriage certificate was a copy and then I spoke with Ike. Although he sounds like a robot and insisted they had a copy and not the original, I was adamant that I had sent in an original PLUS a copy! The signatures on my original certificate were in blue with a blue seal so I told him how could it be a copy. After 3 mins of discussion he said he would look into it and that he would call me back; which he never did. But I called back a day later and it was all fixed.
He sounds like a jerk but he really isn't. He helped me right away. I really hope and pray they accept your certificate.

That name sounds really funny. I'm pretty sure they have a standard method of making email addresses. Like my company always uses our first name dot our last name at the company name dot com. So mine would be romii.lastname@visajourney.com You had already emailed a director right? Try using that same logic to this name.

Since Betsy said she will review it. I would wait for a couple of days. She will probably get back to you in a day or two and hopefully it'll be good news. Even if she still asks you to send it in, you can overnight it on Friday or even Saturday and it'll get there on the weekend and you will have a scan date of Monday. I personally would wait. It's better to lose a couple of days now than to be placed on hold for 60 days after sending in the documents.

You do not need the w-2 if you have a tax transcript. So she's right and that should be fine. If she meets the income criteria to be above the poverty line, then she can be your joint sponsor and you can use her tax transcript.

You need to send in the 2013 tax information for the joint sponsor, if you can't get that then apply for a tax transcript at the IRS, they usually mail one in or you can even call and have it faxed.
