  1. There is a Asian market in Angier, NC not far from where you are. It's called Bitter Melon Asian Market 9625 Bitter Melon Dr, Angier, NC 27501

    (919) 639-2422. Call the lady and ask if she does BB's. If she doesn't she will know who. She is Filipino.

Nice Filipino owners here. They will give you a box, you fill it with as much as you can and they ship to Phil for $100. Call and talk to them.

    Oriental Store Of Raleigh, Inc.

    3601 Capital Blvd #101 Raleigh, NC 27604

    (919) 876-6911

  2. You might be better off having it shipped via sea cargo instead of bringing it yourself.

My family when they come to the Philippines usually do this since sea cargo has no weight restriction. You can ship all you can fit.

My folks own a Filipino Store in NY and are agents of various shipping outfits.

You might want to call around your area and as if any of the Pinoy stores do the same. Some will even have Balikbayan boxes for sale.

Since you live in the Sea-Tac area I'm sure you come across more than a few Pinoy store in that area.

  3. No need for parental consent, I was only 22 when I got my CFO on January, and about ids, just bring ur passport, or nbi clearance they will accept nbi. Good luck!

  4. You show your green card and passport. When returning to the USA you show your green card and passort ;)

Enjoy your travels... and visit in the Phils.

She is an IR/CR-1 got her green card upon arrival... ;)

Being a Philippine citizen there is no 30 limitation. ;)

But don't stay longer than 6 months ( I would suggest being back in the USA a day short of the 180 days if gone an extended time) to keep USCIS happy.

    (what is the TD ?)

    Thanks hank for ur answer..

I will stay in Philippines for 1-2months????

  5. OP came on a CR-1/IR-1 visa and received their GC upon entry to the US. There is no need to file for AOS or AP (Advance Parole the travel document you talk about--TD). As long as the OP does not remain outside the US for more than 6 months there is no issues. For stays longer than 6 months but less than a year there can be issues upon returning, but mostly the interruption of continuous residency is the wost thing that happens.

OP: all you need to travel to the PI is your passport. To return to the US you will need to show your passport and GC before boarding the airplane. Lately the CBP wants to see your passport upon arrival to the US in additon to you GC. Just complete the Customs Declaration form on the airplane--it's a good idea to have a pen with you when travelling internationally--and get in the Citizen/Resident line.

    Have a safe trip,

    Dave

Thank u so much for the great answer:)
