Hello everyone,
Finally Texas is moving now. April filer got transferred to Texas on March 20th 19. Just checked the website, it says, “New Card Is Being Produced”.
Hoping for the fast approvals for everyone.
Would you mind sharing the first few numbers of your receipt#?
Thanks -

Today I finally received an email saying that my case status has been updated to "Card/Document Production".
Case sent April 6, 2018 (I think) to VSC
Case transferred to TX on March 12 and 13 (got two notices, not sure why)
No RFE
No Interview
Did not file for N400 (and don't plan to)
Good luck to everyone here! Looks like they are finally moving in Texas!
Congrats!
Transferred on march 12 to texas and still waiting....
Would you mind telling us the starting numbers of your receipt #?

Same here. Transferred to TSC 90 days ago and nothing. maybe the cases that need more "review" got transferred there? It's really starting to irritate me, I'm not looking forward to getting my passport stamped when the extension letter expires.

Does anyone have any info on cases transfered to texas from vsc? This is starting to get ridiculous, why are more recent cases getting approved at VSC and older ones that have been transfered to texas arent???? what kind of joke is this...

@NinjaMax - Are you an April 2018 filer (receipt date) at VSC? What is your EAC18XXX, if you don’t mind?
I am a 23rd of March 2018 filer and a few batches before mine (EAC18109 to EAC18115) appears to have been transferred to Texas. So I am surprised to hear if cases in April get transferred by skipping a second half of March.
EAC18160
If we are transferred, does that mean our processing times have reset and we have to wait from the start again????
filed in april, they received my case in may -
VSC here, case being transfered today but dont know where yet

Why apply for the b2 when eligible for ESTA in the first place?
He didnt know, was given bad advice through a relative. -

Does he have an approved ESTA after b2 denial?
yeah it got denied, forgot to mention that -
Im asking for a friend.
He is a UK citizen that was previously denied a B2 visa at the US consulate in london. He has never traveled to the US.
He is in Canada now, can he still use the VWP to visit the US through a land crossing? Does that previous denial show up at the border, does it affect anything?
Thank you. -

My husband received his 18 month extension letter yesterday. He filed April 14 , still no BIO appt. Csc
The 18 month extension letter's date is august 14. Does this mean that uscis has up to 18 month to gives us an answer starting on august 14? or they are counting 18 months from his original filing date in april?
The letter extends your conditional residence for 18 months from the expiry date on your greencard.
The current process times for lifting conditions are "18 to 21" months for CSC and "13.5 to 16" months for VSC.
You can get a decision from USCIS earlier or later than the estimated processing times. If 18 months passes and your case is still processing you will need to make an info pass appointment at your local immigration office to get an i-551 stamp. -
18 month extension letter just arrived in the mail. VSC

So what options do we have? Just wait.... ?
It seems pretty much anyone who filed in the second half of April is waiting? I'll speak to my attorney today about options. Anyone of you thinking of refiling?
Do not refile. Just wait it out, its clear that there is a backup at the service centers so nothing to worry about. -

I just spoke to the uscis tier 2 officer. She mentioned that this is most likely big loads of work that causing delay on I-797
It's been over a month i waited for Notice of action but my cashier's check still has not chased out yet.
Officer told me wait out another 2 more weeks. If i don't get notice by that time, i most likely have to resend the application.
And for those whose green card is about to be expired, it is fine as long as i-751 is submitted within 90 days before expiration date.
She said that we are not out of status while we are on waiting, its just that we don't have something to show off until we get i-797 with 1 year automatic extension.
So, hold on tight guys. We almost there.
i doubt we have to resend our applications, so many people already filed in April that would be ridiculous. -

I sent my package 12th of April. It was received 14th of April.
Still didn't get NOA and my check hasn't been cashed. Just wanted to share my worries with you guys.
Hope it's all right and just need to be patient.
Both service centers look backed up so i wouldn't really worry.
