Hi I am in Cali as well I came here on k1 visa in August 2014 and applied my AOS in end of August and I already received my green card last week ? so in Cali they process AOS application really fast .

Thx friends and yes I had interview last month and it went really well officer asked us few questions about our relationship and saw some photos of our wedding.she didn't approved my GC on the spot because their computer system were down that day and she couldnot see my fiancé visa file so she told me that she will send me letter on first week of jan so she kept her promise and approved my GC ?

Hi friends finally my green card approved and I checked it online and its written they mailed me my card to my address .im so glad finally this wait is over ???

Hey friends I came here on k1 visa I already applied for AOS but I went to DMV today to get driving licence but they said I hve to wait for green card Bcz on my i 94 expired after month and they need atleast 60 days visa on I 94 form to issue me licence . So can someone plz help me ???

Hi I was interviewed at Sydney office in July and I just took my original police certificate with me and they made the photocopy nd gave me original back they didn't ask for any paper wrk before interview I took all my orugionl paperwork on the day of interview which they requested in the letter .i got approved and I moved to usa nd got married I was from Melbourne .

@J1 journey its depend on ur interview i cant say which date u will receive ur visa .like im case i had intetview on 15 th july .but CO gave me 221g letter for additionl documents .so i submitt my documents next day i was on AP for 5 days then they issued my visa .so all together was on week when i got my visa in hand after interview .

So best of luck for ur interview and once u approved u will get ur visa in week .bt dobt book ur ticket until they isued ur visa .

I emailed CO 3 times since my intrview and he replied me everytime within one day.and also they sent me approvel email then i booked my ticket so just keep in mind all these things .take care

Thx friends im so excited i was on AP after interview for 7 days today they issued my visa so waiting for passport now they ll fly to us in 2 weeks time ?

Hey guys finally i got email from us consualte saying that my visa is on final stage os issueness.and i will get my passport and documents within 3 to 5 days.

Then i checked my ceac status says issue

Case updated 18th july

I didnt understand why did they do this im worried now
