  1. First Congrats!!! You should have received your I-797 by now. If not, you need to call the TSC or CSC where you were processed and let them know you have not received your NOA2 (i'm assuming that's what you mean). If you are talking about a letter from NVC, then just wait, cos we were approved Oct 9th and have not gotten anything from NVC. Which is why I called them today, just to get some information though when I called last week, they told me to wait 60 days before calling. Hope this answers your question.

We got our NOA2 5 days after it was approved.

Thank u and wish u the best always

No am talking about nao2 hardcopy

  2. Hello Fellow June filers. Something to celebrate atn last. We got e-mail on the Thursday 9th October of Approval (NOA2) just 4 days after they received RFE. That is lighhtning fasr!!! I am just screaming with joy!!! I am just so elated and besides myself with happiness!!! I pray it goes just as fast for those still waiting. Seems CSC is moving along.

Ooooh congrats and finally thery review my response to rfe on 7th october wish my approval will come very soon

  3. June filer also. NOA1 June 7th. You're not alone. There are April and May filers still waiting. I'm always reminded when I call that the time frame is 5 months, so I don't even check anymore. Anytime I get a text and e-mail come in at the same time, I will know it USCIS. Then I will check. Until then, we can only pray. I know it's hard and tough, but do things that make you happy and won't get you in trouble and keep busy and the time will fly by faster.

Inshallah every thing will be ok but im confused bcuz they request for some paper in 15th july and no response till bow our cace status say request for eviednce

  4. Are we the only June filers at CSC who still haven't received their NOA2 yet? According to the VJ timelines, even August filers are getting their NOA2 and almost nil for July filers. Pretty confused. :/

PS: congratulations to those who have received it. Please start sharing your experience in here so that those who are waiting can start prepping themselves ahead for the procedures. Thank you.

    We are waiting also

Wish our approval come very soon

    Dont worry

  5. Although it sometimes takes longer than two weeks, it's not as common. Did they receive your reply?

My status changed when they received it to:

    Request for Evidence Response Review

On August 14, 2014, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Once a timely response to the request for evidence is received by USCIS, we review the evidence or information you submitted. If you submitted the requested evidence, we continue with the adjudication of your application or petition in light of the new evidence.
