After all this long waiting time my fiancee visa approved the consaler was very nice and ask me about our first meeting and he likes our engagemant photos and then he said i will approve u and give u the visa........

First Congrats!!! You should have received your I-797 by now. If not, you need to call the TSC or CSC where you were processed and let them know you have not received your NOA2 (i'm assuming that's what you mean). If you are talking about a letter from NVC, then just wait, cos we were approved Oct 9th and have not gotten anything from NVC. Which is why I called them today, just to get some information though when I called last week, they told me to wait 60 days before calling. Hope this answers your question.

We got our NOA2 5 days after it was approved.

Hello Fellow June filers. Something to celebrate atn last. We got e-mail on the Thursday 9th October of Approval (NOA2) just 4 days after they received RFE. That is lighhtning fasr!!! I am just screaming with joy!!! I am just so elated and besides myself with happiness!!! I pray it goes just as fast for those still waiting. Seems CSC is moving along.

Did you receive a hard copy of the RFE? (Request for evidence)? If you have not, you should let them know to send you another one in the mail because, I believe you have a limited amount of time to respond to this.

I recieved it and send them what they want but not recieve any response after that

June filer also. NOA1 June 7th. You're not alone. There are April and May filers still waiting. I'm always reminded when I call that the time frame is 5 months, so I don't even check anymore. Anytime I get a text and e-mail come in at the same time, I will know it USCIS. Then I will check. Until then, we can only pray. I know it's hard and tough, but do things that make you happy and won't get you in trouble and keep busy and the time will fly by faster.

I haven't been seeing any freshly approved June petitions in Igor's list since long ago. That's sad May is complete almost to the top, but June hasn't even made 25%.... When is our celebration coming, guys?

I saw all june filler her and number of august and july filler are approved in csc is that only me or there is someone ealse. Im so down and sad ???

And we are still patiently waiting for our NOA2 (after sending back the RFE response, ofcourse) while most of the June filers are almost done with their interview. Anyone else who might be in a similar situation?

Are we the only June filers at CSC who still haven't received their NOA2 yet? According to the VJ timelines, even August filers are getting their NOA2 and almost nil for July filers. Pretty confused. :/
