nvc send iv payment before 8 to 12 month before.

PD Aug,2002 completed ds-261,paid Aos fee and also paid IV fee today and status shows paid...DS-260 is also available for them as well...............

pd aug 2002 current in march 2015.

interview letter is clue for prediction vb.last month my uncle receive i/l 31 may.

We read during every VB that in the beginning ther is a line " Allocations were made...............for demand received on 'month and day'". We predict the movement according to ILs but DoS moves the dates according to demand received in the beginning of the month. I f no one is receiving IL's, it is not certain that there will be no movement at all.

i think no movement in September visa bulletin.because most of anthoer category receive I/L.Only f4 category not receive i/l.

No nothing like that Jhamira , I am sure everybody gets IL before Visa Bulletin released.

NVC start sending interview letters on phone......F2a with pd 12Oct,2012 got interview date on 10 September,2014........please call NVC and waiting time is around 20 mins......

any idea about f4 interview?

Just called NVC and operator told me that they are start sending i/l for september2014..........she told keep checking email ...they will notify through email..........

Finally got email from NVC that case is complete for F3 catagory.

PD-13Mar-2004, F3 catagory. (Father filing for Married son)

PD-03Jan-2002, F4 catagory waiting for interview call.
