I am 24 years old and a derivative of f4 family petition. Our priority date is current. The nvc sent us appointment letter for interview and my name is still included. I proceed to medical exam and will attend the interview. Will i will also be given visa? We have completed all requirements eg medical, iv fees and documents. Thank you very much!

I just called nvc regarding my case pd 11 feb 2002

NVC SAY that " this case that interview yet because recent number come avillable and we working on pd 22 january 2002 and your case feb 11,2002,so you need visa consuler come avillable we send interview letter."

October is the beginning of the new fiscal year, why you were saying that numerical limit is reached and no more movement?

440 is not too bad for mumbai. Usually India has an average of 650 people going to interview every month.

per country average limit f4 category is maximum 4500 people per years.there are two essembly india(mumbai and delhi ).so 4500 people quota finish only 5 month.after 5 month no big movement.

Is there any indian from f4 with jan 2002 who received I/L ??? I am wondering why anyone from india has not received I/L..

it may be INDIAN recevie interview letter but they are not our form.

Don't laugh at me if you guys find my logic funny but I was observing the interview dates of the people in Vietnamese forum and i observed that the ones with earlier PDs received interview in the end of October, the ones with PD 8-14 received in the middle of the month (Jan 14 has interview on 16th October) Based upon this sequence, it may be possible that the ones in the end (or before 22 jan) receive interview dates in the beginning of the month. So there may be a chance that 18 jan have truly received an IL for 7th October.
