    How long does NVC takes before sending an approved I129F to the post for a interview. I got my Manila case number last July 24th and until now the status is still At NVC. Is this normal?

      yes it is normal , it mainly takes 5 months , could be less or more as they always say each case is different

    I got divorced!! He clearly married me for a visa. Please be smart and wary of marrying someone from Senegal or any foreign country. Guard your heart. If you pay for EVERYTHING and he allows it, it is a HUGE red flag.

      As long as your wife is not in the states , then leave number 22 blank

      Concerning form G325A that's the file number , I think you get it when you file the form , they give you the file number to check on line. Actually we hired a lawyer to do that for us , I am the spouse and I am not in US
