Nga&John reacted to NancyNguyen in Unconditional Green Card (I-751)
You think I-751 simpler than K-1 than you will have to think again, but you are correct an attorney is not needed. Lacking of documents will lengthen waiting time significantly.
Affidavits are not required unless your bonafide evidences are weak. You need communal residence statement from landlord (in-laws you said) stating you are sharing their room/home so bills are in his name.
Passport photos are not required with I-751 unless you are overseas military or government personnel/family member. Your picture will be taken at biometrics appointment.
Get more documents like bank statements, all insurance policies (you can call insurance companies, they will be able to provide you all older policies,) bills.
You can make will, medical power attorney at an affordable law office in town (no more than few hundred bucks.) Or you can draft one yourself (Google is your friend! and health insurance has medical PoA templates for free of charge) and have them notarized. Good luck.

It will be expired as same as your ID. Once you get your EAD, come back to Texas DPS, its validation will be extended to match EAD expiration (1 year)
Once you get your 2 year green card, your DL expiration will expire in 2 years.
Conclusion: your ID/DL expiration will be same as your immigration status. Once you get your citizenship, then this hassle will end.

You file jointly but you are not living together aka bona-fide, it is called fraud. Let alone, she mentioned "he is supportive for my green card" even though they are apart. Don't give false advise when you don't know anything.

Calm your horse, you filed jointly but your marriage is not bonafide at the time you file, and "supportive stuff". That is called fraud. Fraud doesn't only mean fraud marriages but it also means you file jointly but you are not bonafide.

I-485 was cancelled (USCIS fault or yours) then your associated I-131 is not valid anymore, sort all things out before you leave or you will have headache using I-131 entering the US.

Yes, they barely ask about sponsor income, they do ask who your sponsor is (name, relationship, address...) but at interview stage, they have found sponsors' income sufficient.

F4 visa takes at least 13 years to get visa number. 2011 + 13 = 2024, your nephew will be 23 or 24 by then. Your waiting time of approval was almost 4 years. Based on CSPA, 24 - 4 = 20, your nephew should be able to go with whole family. Good luck.
