  1. Wow, some people are so insensitive, aren't they? My wife is from Philippines and I have seen the way most of them have to live, barely getting by. My earlier post was just pointing this out but the subsequent poster had a real problem with my idea I guess. And of course we have no idea where that poster is from because after one full year of being on Visa Journey he/she has never started a timeline. Figures...

You right I wonder too ,that's why I'm asking.

  2. Got a notice of RFE via email today... :(

It's unfortunate, but at least I know they are looking at our file and once we provide what they need it should be approved soon after that.

Since I was very meticulous in including everything outlined in the VJ guide and then some, I'm curious to know what else they need.

I'm guessing RFE paper copy is coming via USPS and subject to regular US mail processing times or should I expect a longer wait?

Mostly the RFE is nt a big deal at all just minor stuff or signature or something .

  3. No one is hating or anything. It's just giving hope to hear a TSC approval for these filers that you start a topic called "TSC APPROVAL" and don't give any detail about an expedite. Please try to be understanding before giving replies like "ok mom"

I hope you saw the person I replied to Basically im nt reffering so you dnt need to worry about that ,expedited or not I got approved that's it I dnt need any body comments like its because of this and and that this makes me so nervous ,He mentioned that it as a false alarm.

  4. Just checked the USCIS website and our 129-f has been approved by CSC!!! (just under a month from when i filed) I haven't received anything by mail yet, but I assume since it was an approval I should be getting my NOA-2 hard copy by mail soon! Thanks to everyone on visa journey for your help up until now. Wishing everyone here fast approvals!

Now to figure out what happens now.... ??? Just more waiting?

    Congratulations on your approval

Sent I-129f on June 24th, received NOA1 on July 5th. Good luck everyone!!!

Good luck to you lets keep on waiting that's all we do.

  5. Hi everybody! I'm currently waiting on the I129-F for my fiancé that lives in Australia. My paperwork is at the TSC and I received my NOA1 on February 27th. When I sent in my paperwork it was not taking as long so I thought we had plenty of time. I have my wedding set for September 20th of this year and things booked. I know it says not to plan the wedding before we knew anything, but I thought it was plenty of time. Long story short do you think there is any chance he will receive his K1 in time? I can move everything without a problem, I just need opinions. This process is so unpredictable

I think you shld stop everything for now cause you dnt know how your journey will be just to not keep on rescheduling everything over and over again
