  1. This question is to anyone who has shipped their visa packages to the California Service Center. I am shipping Fed Ex. Do I ship to 24000 Avila Road, Laguna Niguel, Ca. ? My buddy shipped his visa package by UPS to the PO Box 10130 Laguana Niguel, Ca. He did this about three years ago and did not have a problem. I am confused as to which address I ship to. Your help is greatly apprecitated.

  2. I will be in Thailand on May 22 for approximately six months to visit my fiancee and to gather the finally documents needed for the K-1 visa. My fiancee wants me to send the paperwork from Thailand to get a head start on process. I will be sending to the CSC. I am paranoid this important package will get "lost" in transit. I have sent letters by regular mail and they never got to the location. Anyone have reccomendations on how to ship, DHL, UPS, Fedex,?

  3. I know that a K1 visa approved in Thailand is good for 6 months. What I need to know is when the visa is granted do you need to leave right away (in our situation go directly to the USA to get married) or can you stay for a month or two in Thailand to get your fiancees affairs in order? I know she should probably get her affairs in order sooner but just in case things come up. Does anyone have an answer?

Thanks Mo that is what I was hoping we could do.
