Visa Journey please help!!! i had my CR1 interview in montreal, feb 4th 2015, and was approved! the CEAC site updated to "issued- should receive visa in 5 working days". i still havent got a waybill number to track my visa, as far as i know they havent even mailed it... has anyone had this happen or has had a interview there recent? how long did it take you to get a waybill#/DHL to email you? and how long to get your passport. the officer said i should have my visa by the end of this week... its already wed and i havent even gotten a email with my waybill for tracking. please someone help me! im starting to freak out.

I had my interview feb 4th 2015, in montreal, and need help with the passport delievery process. My visa was issued on the 4th on the CEAC website. On the 5th it was updated again saying that it was in its final processing stage and i should recieve it in 5 days. My problem is that i did not recieve a waybill number or an email saying that it was picked up! I really need help!i did sign up for loomis but i cant track it without the wwaybill.I have no idea how to track my package! Please someone help

CEAC just updated my status! it says:

"Your visa is in final processing. If you have not received it in more than five (5) working days, please go to http://usvisa-info.com/en-CA/selfservice/us_courrier_information to track your courier waybill."

had my interview yesterday, feb 4th 2015, in Montreal! i was APPROVED yay!!!! i have a question: how long will it take me to get my passport? my status changed to "issued" hours after my interview. i only live 7 hours from Montreal. how long has it been take people from Montreal to get their passports?

Do you know how long it will take me to get me passport mailed? i only live 7 hours away from Montreal. my Visa already said "issued" a few hours after i was approved.

Had my interview yesterday, February 4th 2015, in Montreal Canada! went really smooth! i was approved. the whole process took about 2 hours total!!! got to the embassy at 650am (was first in line), doors opened at 730 am, when through airport security like process. then went downstairs to a waiting room, waited right beside the elevator to be the first one in! went in the elevator at 800am, (stand near the back doors to be first off). was first one in the check in desk and was seen by the first window 10 mins later (gave passport, photos, interview letter, and medical test). then sat back down (about 10 mins) and was called up to another window for the interview process. was asked about 10 questions (very basic), then was given a welcome to America letter and was approved!! was out before 9am!!! my interview was scheduled for 930am but they let you in early!! go in early cause they are less busy!!!

question, I sent my original doc's and copies of the doc's to the NVC. does the NVC send them to the Montreal embassy? and give them back to you?

i think so. I had my interview last Friday. They took tax transcripts for 2013 and did not ask for anything else.

FINALLY near the end! i have my interview in Montreal on Feb/4/15 at 9:30. i have a question, will W2 be enough proof because we have not done our 2014 taxes yet? please help.

Do you have to pay any additional fees we you go for your interview in Montreal? I have already paid all the fees with the NVC

Had my medical test done today in toronto! Went very well! Excited for my interview feb 4th 2015 in montreal!

I need help!!! My wife was filing for loomis and i think she made a huge mistake!!! She mis read and hit schedule an appointment made by nvc and followed all instructions until we realized we hit the wrong button. Did we accidentally cancel our interview date?

Hey i got cc dec 22. We didnt get a cc email. I called and found out on dec 22. Today my hubby called and was told our interview is feb 20 at 10:30am in montreal. Did u call and ask?

I'm really hoping I get a January interview. I have a CC Dec/12/14. have a bad feeling that they are done scheduling January appts. for Montreal Going to call tomorrow to check if there is any updates to my case. Also i still haven got my case complete email.

If you go under country of interview you can select Canada and see the recent cases from Canada and the number of days from CC to interview. Looks too be around 50-55 days on average.

That is your case complete letter you got. It wasn't that they got fast date, they were in the queue when scheduling was started. The scheduling stopped at 12/8 for both consulates in India for January. Just hang on February scheduling will be in a few weeks.
