your answer would be "NO" this is actually for those categories when whole family gets green card through one immigration petition like when one sponsors sibling, the spouse and children get derivative visas so all the information about family members is given. in case of immediate relatives like parents each individual is petitioned separately, therefore no derivative visas. A suggestion for you: If you are petitioning your siblings also check the waiting period. i think it is less in case of F2 catagory as compared to F4. It would be faster if your parents petition their children after getting their GC.
