The I-129F filing fee must be paid in US funds, drawn on a US bank. Many folks filing from overseas mail their completed petition packet to a friend or relative in the US. Have the friend of relative insert a check for the filing fee, made out per instructions, and then mails the entire petition packet to the Lewisville, TX lockbox location.

Pretty sure the problem are the illegals....Liable to get even worse due to the the punks streaming in over the border and the higher ups wanted to get them processed INTO this country.
