Sometimes I just get the feeling they say new game today who can we mess with today? Ok everyone in the office reach in your pile pick out 10 folders and close ur eyes and pick stuff on the list to RFE lol.

Got my RFE in the mail. Wow!! It's as if all the information that I sent was lost or something. I have to: Send two passport photos of us. Send in two forms of G-325A, proof of my citizenship, proof of my divorce, proof of intent to marry, proof of two year meeting requirement, all of my criminal conviction documents.

It's as if someone just dumped my folder in the trash and said start over. LOL. Been running around today and put it all together again, Waiting on Bell to do her side of the coin.

Thats funny it seems a lot of the RFE'S for June are the same way I talked to a lawyer friendof mine who does immigration work he said they (service centers) do it to buy more time especially around holidays.I had RFE asking for things I sent too. I copied everything I sent and in the copy packet I made was all the things they asked for but of course the items missing needed to b original signed copies. How convenient lol so had to wait for it to come from Tunisia to prepare it lol what fun

Just to go back to the troll thing the person posted something in this forum they could have went to the October filers forum and posted this thread has been quite and everyone hoping for their approvals and supporting each other no bickering and fighting and maybe that wasn't good enough for the person they needed to liven things up seriously now due to one immature person with nothing better to do than rile up people with so much stress and anxiety has people who have been very supportive of each other angry at each other. And yes there are people with no lives who will make up stuff just to harass and laugh at us. If they truly understood the process we are going through they wouldn't poke the sleeping bears. It happens more often then not that trolls are in here seriously go through the forums and look at some of the posts they really like to go through the tsc forums and post how fast they are approved and get everyone bickering between each other just say good for u or congratulations and ignore them and continue on with supporting each other we are all waiting patiently/impatiently.

I just got the text stating they acknowledge receipt of the response to RFE. Hope to have good news very soon.

How did u send your RFE back how long did it take to get there? Im sending mine in tomorrow and I've been seeing a lot approved with in 6 days of them recieving the RFE. I can't wait to see you approved so I have an idea.

omfg the RFE is for something that I INCLUDED in my documents. They are asking for an "original" intent to marry statement from the beneficiary which I already SENT THEM!!!!! :-//////

My RFE was the same they wanted G325A for my fiance again I'm waiting for it to come so we can send it over again its just a way to delay I talked to a friend of mine who is lawyer he said because its busy this time of year they just send out RFE's asking for things to get more time to process he said he's seen it many times

And no I got RFE on 12/19 for G325A for my fiance which was already filled out and sent and a missing answer to the criminal question so I have to answer no on paper sign and return now just waiting for the paper from my fiance which he sent rapide-poste today hopefully will get it early next week so I can return everything asap

I got same message yesterday saying 12/24 they updated my name no name change or address change was done so I called and talked to tier 2 they said there is glitch in system all my info matched what they had so its unimaginable what it is

I got that also for 12/24 I called and talked to tier 2 they are trying to say its a glitch they said all my information matched what I gave them so in other words they gave no clue either

Day 182 for me and keep getting told I have to wait 45 more days to even put service request in haha I'm with you guys waiting going nuts

So I called the uscis # today it is saying status for this reciept # cannot b found at this time anyone else getting that please tell me this is a good thing

My fiance one brother asked me if I knew the Tunisian astronaut I said of course I did I know all the astronauts lol my fiance almost died when I said it especially since he had to translate everything between me and his family. We were at another brothers house he is considered the rich brother lol he has trees in his yard in the city he asked if I had ever seen a tree. Lol it was hilarious. I unfortunately am one of those people when asked questions like that can't help but to say first thing that comes to my head lol. My fiance was always laughing so hard. My mil she's wonderful she called me before I went to Tunisia and we spoke in French thank god I took french in school lol. I found same things they think all Americans are rich. I said what they see on tv is not always true just as what we see is not all true. My one future brother in law decided he would try to convert me to Islam so we had a religious conversation and he said wow I never knew that I showed him the parallels of our religion and that all it comes down to is how u choose to honor you god and how you live your life. Its not about which one us better or worse its about living a GOOD life and being a good person he was surprised and respected my views lol then told my fiance he had a very intelligent woman he didn't realize American women were that intelligent and my fiance told him thank u and I already know she's very smart lol
