    RFE received 07/02/2014.
    "INTENT TO MARRY: From the evidence, it is not clear where the petitioner and beneficiary will wed. Therefore, please submit a statement indicating in which state the petitioner and beneficiary intend to marry."
    Wish that I would have heard about this forum before submitting the I-129F in April.
    Petitioner lives in Nevada.

    Thank you all for the info. We are also filing soon and my partner is in Philippines, so this info will hopefully keep our case from getting delayed.

    I would like to share our timeline:
    May 23: package sent
    May 30: case received to TSC
    June 5: noa1 hard copy received
    June 5: alien registration number changed
    I'm from the Philippines and my Fiance is from florida. We're both girls.
    We are really praying for a smooth process and hoping that they are still expediting applications from the Philippines.

    Hi... my fiance currently lives in Cebu and will be processed through Manila. We are still waiting for an ajudication on his I-29F petition. What was your experience?

    Hi,
    We are being processed thru Manila, our apointment date is Jan 30th.
    My fiance is having his medical today so things are moving right along for us.

    Makes sense, since it's not legal in all states.
    If any VisaJourney staff reads this, I'd like to suggest a note be put in the K1 visa guide for the intent to marry letter. I used this website for a lot of my prep work. Save someone else the time/headache for something so petty lol
