you can go but you wont be allowed to go all the way in....they will make you wait at the reception.... ......and you can only attend the interview if they requested you to.

When creation date changes, that mean they are ready to issuedvthe visa, congratulations, your visa will be isdued very soon.

Sounds like AP was completed and you were approved. Check with embassy.

i had my interview on the 9th of December,the CO wanted emails for the last 6months as additional which we sent in on the 15th,the embassy received the documents on the 16th......

when i checked our visa status case on the 16 it read::

case creation date : 7th Nov

case updated : 16th Dec

and it said "under neccessary AP"

on the 19th Friday it read:

case creation date : 7th Nov

case updated : 19th Nov

and it said "under neccessary AP

today monday the 21st ir reads:

case creation date :22nd Dec

case updated : 22nd Dec

and it says "ready for interview"????

and so confused

help me to understand whats going on.....

how did you know your petition aarrived at the NVC on Nov 25th???

congratulations.....if you have the AWB # you can go pick up your visa........

try checking early in the morning or in the afternoon at around 1pm and 3pm that time seems to be pretty easy to get availbale dates...........wish you all the best.....

i have my interview tomorrow.....so anxious, nervous ,wondering what will happen but surrendering everything to God.....

I wanted to give you some news!

I had my medical on Monday December 1st and then my interview on Tuesday December 2nd.... And we are approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady told me that I should recevice my visa within 10 business days!

We are so happy!!! We don't completely realize though!

I want to thank all of you for the support and the advices at each step of this long journey!

i have a friend who was in the same situation....fiancee went back before getting married.....they refilled and it got approved pretty quick and she has her interview in Nigeria in mid January.......

so just file again

i updated my timeline ......was pretty first after NOA2 ....was in and out of NVC

medical was successful......thank God

US Embassy Nairobi received our approved petition today and i jusf checked on the CEAC website and status says ready..........how long will it take them to send packet 3?

I feel sad because today 20 days after having sent my RFE and still does not get my approval

what was your RFE??? hope it wasn't something that will take them time to look into it.......if its something simple that ypu should be getting your approval soon.

My approval date was Oct.6 but last Friday NVC still hadn't gotten my packet and couldn't give me a number. If it arrives this week can we still have a Xmas wedding? I filed 4/17....and feel soooo frustrated

almost a month has gone by since NOA2......thats not fair....... hope you guys hear somerhing very soon....you should be having a case number by now...........praying for you guys
