    I am helping my brother fill up his petition for his wife. He told me that his actual wedding day was 12/1/2019 but in his Philippines marriage certificate it says 12/15/2019. He doesn’t know why it is different but mother in law told us it was late registered? which date should i used then? will this cause any problem in the future particularly immigration? thank you
