Being married isn't about being independent. Its about depending on one another through thick and thin. Hard times and good times. It doesn't sound like you should be getting married if something like this will be hard for you to the point of depression. Marriage isn't easy. It takes a lot of work. And if this is a challenge, the other stuff that comes with marriage will be even more challenging.

Just keep calling back to back, and after about 10-15 tries. you will get through. that's what I do

I'm having the same problem. But I Got some where with the NVC Today. They said they would put in a request to see if the embassy has received my case. So if you call and say that you sent you case out on this date and that you are worried that they don't have it. Say that you need to know if you have to sent it again. I said this and they told me to call back in a couple of days and I would know if they at least have my packet. Its sooooo Frustrating. I hope this actually works.

I was wondering if anyone had their interview delayed because of the protest going on in Pakistan. How long did you guys have to wait if you were able to get a interview during this time. And if you have had your interview before the protest. How long did it take for them to schedule it after sending in your paper work.

So my problem is this. I file my case August of 2013, and finally got my i-129f and i-130 approved on the same-day. The i-129f has moved on is now at the embassy american in Pakistani. We are waiting for a interview date after sending out our packed on aug 7 2014. But for some reason for the i-130 the NVC has never received it. I though that if the i-130 was approved that it would cancelle out the i-129f. They have been both approve through the uscis since June 17 2014. I feel like i should have had the interview date from the embassy by now. And i-130 that never came to the nvc makes me wonder if that is the reason why things are going slow for the i-129f. I really want the i-130 to be the one that my husband comes on. But at the moment what ever gets him here the fastest is what i want. Has anyone experience this. I called the nvc and they are no help. I called the USCIS and they are no help. before the USCIS dose anything thing about my i-130, 90 day has to passed after its been approve before they will do anything about it. i think 90days is over in a few weeks. Can someone tell me whats going on. if you are having a similar problems. Any encouragement
