  1. Guys i guess you missed the point completely and need to bit flexible. Getting back to her home country wouldn't be a problem. On your way back you pass immigration a and customs at your native country and then Immigration and customs in USA. You may disagree and tell me that you have a different policy in your native country.

Now on your way back the immigration of the native country do check passport and proper documentation. What I merely suggested is if someone shows up to the customs with papers they aren't very familiar it may cause difficulty. You have to go extra hoop to make sense out of that. That depends on the experience of the immigration office of te native country. Again. This isn't certain but a possibility.

Not sure if this makes sense.

I think we are talking about the same point,I just warry about my homecountry, will they think the I-551 stamp is a usful visa to go out the country. My homecountry's customs must check the visa if people want to go to other countries.I do know I can enter the U.S. costoms with the I-551 stamp and the extended letter.

Yes the stamp & letter is fine, however some countries

immigration are not familiar with some US stuff and these

countries one exits thru immigration customs there, so they

try to pull rank in making sure all who is leaving will have

the right to land in the USA as when a person is fake/forged

its costs that country to return them at times but most importantly

that country get fined...that's the reason US have ppl in detention

so long when deporting them waiting for verification from their home

country to send them home if they are not in possession of a passport

    Thank you very much.

  2. Why would that matter? She's a citizen of her native country and has a current, valid passport from that country. Her U.S. residency status won't affect her ability to get into her country.

Thank you JXN.My worry is if I use the I-551 stamp go back to the U.S.May I pass my homecountry's Customs?Beause I don't have the green card,I only have the I-551 stamp and the extended letter.

  3. I don't think coming into U.S. Would be a problem as the immigration officers will accept the letter. What you may need to consider is how your native country's immigration will react. Would they accept your extension as an official document? Some of these guys aren't that familiar with these kinds of paper and may give hard time to you. So check with your native country as well

I have a I-551 stamp in my passport, the expired time in next year April,is it ok?

  4. Go there and then put your address. After that, look in his website to need help with federal agency. You fill out the ralese form, after that they can submit a query on your behlaf

Hi,DC 85,I tried your introduction to write a query to the congress, after I finished the query,I was asked to printed and mail to him,I couldn't submit the query in the internet directly,Is it right?Thank you very much.

  5. So I just got off the phone with the military hotline, holy hell I forgot how rude they are. ANYWAYS. for the future Reference for anyone else going through this, I was told it doesn't matter when they get it as long as I sent it before the actual date. They just can't guarantee when I will be getting another appointment.

You can by the taxi to there?Or ask your neighbor or your hunband's friends to help you?

  6. Thanks Rose8888,

I did this and it accepted the other EAC number, however I got the following response:

Your application or petition is currently within the posted processing times. An inquiry may not be created at this time. Further information about recent processing times can be viewed on the uscis.gov webpage.

I guess we go back to waiting

Maybe 7 months are still in the processing time. This thing a little crzay.

    Mine is almost 7 months,nothing!!!!

  7. Hi Everyone,

swe're at a little over 7 months since Vermont received our petition, so I tried to submit a service request online. got the following Error:

The following error(s) need to be corrected:
    • You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number.

I double checked the EAC number and its correct, the form I selected was I751, however when I check the case status it lists CR189 - PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, but there is no CR189 in the list for the service request

Can anyone help? is CR189 the same as I751? and why cant I submit the online service request, does anyone have a phone number for service requests?

    Thanks in advance

Please use your Receipt Number,It is on the first mail which you received from the uscis office.

  8. Hi Everyone,

I submitted a service request yesterday requesting a status on our case since we have not heard anything by mail and we were unable to get the case number for tracking purposes from tier 2 after two failed attempts. Got a response today stating that our case is currently pending review and to please allow 60-90 days from this letter to receive a decision or notice of other action on this case. And......FINALLY they gave me the case number for tracking purposes!!!!! Woohoo!!!! :dancing: Now....the wait continues. Small victories are better than none at all, right? LOL :D

I hope that my service request will trigger someone to look at our case and give us an answer ASAP!!! Fingers crossed.... :clock:

That's correct :dancing: .Hope the waitting is not very long.

  9. update my case, mine was approved 10/29/2014

I did an online USCIS request, here is the reply I got from service request:

The status of this service request is:

A review of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records indicates your Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence (Form I-751) was approved on October 29, 2014. As of the date of this letter, your Permanent Resident Card (PRC) was in production at the Vermont Service Center. We apologize for the delay in production of your card and for any inconvenience it has caused you. If you do not receive your card within 30 days, please contact customer service at the number below.

    A big relief.

    Congratulations.

May I ask which online request did you submit?

There are four selection on Uscis web:1.Outside Normal Processing Time;2.Non-Delivery of Notice;3.Non-Delivery of Card;4.Non-Delivery of Document

    Thank you very much.

  10. I guess the earliest is seven months from NOA date.

For example if your NOA date is April 15th, then you should be getting your green card around November 15th if no RFEs.

March VSC filers are getting their green cards this month and still not all of them are approved yet.

When we filed, it was six months and I was hoping to get it by the end of October.

But VSC is very slow now. I saw some June VSC filers got transfered to California, and they might got approvals before us April files or at the same time as us.

Thank you.Hope can hear somthing form that center soon.

  11. I filed for my husband who is from Jordan - Removing conditions on residency on the following date:

CIS Office : Vermont Service Center

    Date Filed : 2014-04-26

    NOA Date : 2014-04-29

    RFE(s) : None

    Bio. Appt. : 2014-06-03

The problem now is that after the Biometrics appointment that we had on June 3rd, 2014, we hqve not received anything form the USCIS, no Requests for actions. When I call to check the status, it only states we are to receive their decision by mail.

I am not very worried because his drivers license and green card have expried as of July 18th, 2014. He cannot get his driver license renewed with out his green card, so this is also a big problem. I have checked to see if he can get a temporary license and they stated he has to have a new green card to show his residency status and that the SSN is not enough.

    What a mess!

Any suggestions at this time would be most helpful?'"

I think when you got his Noa letter, there must be a letter which said "Your conditional resident stutas is extended for a period of one year."Maybe you can use this letter to try to renew his driver his drivers license.

  12. My case time here:
    K1 and k2 joint petition

04/09/2014 mailed to Vermont Service Center
    04/14/2014 K1 got the NOA1,K2 didn't get it.

    05/06/2014 K1 got the Biometrics,K2 didn't get it. 06/02/2014 K1 took it.But K2 couldn't do this beause of no appointment.

05/12/2014.sumbit the inquiry about K2's on uscis website.05/14,they mailed a letter to me and gave me a copy of the THE ONE-YEAR EXTENSION of K2.And told me K2's biometric information is current.

My husband thought "current" is meaning "waiting".So we were waiting till last week, but still nothing came.Last week ,we called the uscis, they told us we need wait till 06/14 beause our last inquiry was on 05/14.

We called the uscis again on 06/16.the tier 1 helped us sumbitted the question, and the uscis sent me an email on 06/17 and told me that daughter's and my biometric information are current. So I told my husband maybe "current" means "daughter doesn't need to do the biometric",but he didn't argee with me.So we called the uscis yesterday, this time my husband was very seriously to ask the tier 1 about her name and work number, the tier 1 helpd us to transfer to tier 2.The tier 2 told us "current "means "don't need".
