That is correct once they told me that they have my documents in CJ i went there , for the medical and to get inside the consulate the olny thing that you need is your NOA2 , i downloaded all the forms from the internet and all the documentation that i neede, i repeat you only need to show your NOA2 onece they tell you they have your documents there , you show that for the medical too. I didn't read it i did it once i called the consulate and they said yes we have them i got all the forms on line qith the help of the Vj guides.
