    I think the marriage date and date i130 sent is irrevelant for the the whole processing timeline(For NVC). So i rather not put it in timeline.

    Those who have AOS scanned first week of June. Have you gotten IV bill invoiced and sent IV package?

    Hey congratulations :)

    When where your packets scanned, just to have somewhat of an idea of when will they give completed case for me

    case complete guys :)

    so the deal is this -- they are completing my case and sending it to the embassy, but want my wife to bring another copy of the marriage certificate with her. not sure how that makes any sense, but i'll take it

    Disculpen soy nueva en esto y he tratado de leerles su caso un poco porque no se mucho ingles y tampoco se como funciona esto :/

    Quisiera que me ayudaran un poco, ustedes crean que tenga problemas si la carta que le dieron a mi esposo en su trabajo dice que gana 35000 y en los taxes del 2013 dice 35500

    Estoy en espera de cierre de caso desde el 6 de junio. Como en cuanto tiempo les estan completando mas o menos por aqui.

    Got off the phone with NVC :). IV package was accepted.. WOOHOOO!! :dancing:

    The checklist was still not removed completely off the system yet for our AOS, but my wife spoke to the supervisor again, and she kept telling her,

    "Don't worry, it's going to be removed, I sent it back to get removed" -Don't know how that process works?!

    So once the checklist is removed, I can actually say case complete and interview for August?!?! Don't want to get too excited.. But, it's looking good :D.

    Congratulations i would like 2 know in how many days did they complete you or how may days did they checklist u
