Thank you all so much. This was really worrying me. I am saving up money now in my savings. I just wasn't sure about getting a lawyer. And like I said this is all new to me and my wife. And I didn't want to spend a lot of money to make a lot of mistakes. To redo everything all over again. I don't have money to just throw away. Thanks everyone one. Me ans my wife will be asking a lot of Questions here. And I am think by next summer every thing should be done.

Me and my wife was thinking. Would it be faster if we got a lawyer? Or could we do it alone with out a lawyer? Sent we are marry in Cebu. Would that make things easier for us?
