Hey everyone sorry for posting so late. Its been hectic month with thanksgiving. We got biometrics letter in the mail on 11/25 and the letter is dated 11/20/16. Biometrics appt is this tuesday dec 6th at 3pm. Please add the info to the spreadsheet. Best of luck to everyone! ?

I think you accidentally added the 11/30 date to our timeline instead of Blueberry Pancake.
We are still waiting for Biometrics appt letter. Hopefully we get it sometime next week. (Fingers crossed). We'll male sure to update u guys once we receive it.

We got our NOA1 today in the mail. The Receipt date on the letter is: 11/01/16. Please add this update to the list.
Now we'll just wait to receive fingerprint appt letter. Does anyone know how long we should wait to receive it?

So we finally re-sent the I-751 yesterday (10/31/16) and it was delivered to CSC today (11/1/16).
I wasn't able to find a group for I-751 filers for November. Does anyone know if one exists? If not, I wouldn't mind if you guys added me to your timeline.
Hoping this time all goes smoothly.

October 30th is on Sunday so the post office will be closed. We were actually planning to re-send the paperwork on saturday, october 29th so USCIS gets it on Monday, October 31st ....I saw another post where someone sent their paperwork early and USCIS received it 1-day before the date provided by the USCIS Calculator and they already cashed their check so I think we should be ok if its received 1 day before...we just want to get this done so we can get this going and not worry so much anymore
Nov 1 is the earliest date you can file according to USCIS early filing calculator. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator I think this is because DEC has 31 days instead of 30 days.
Please try above link again and click on CLICK HERE to access the USCIS Early Filing Calculator at the bottom of the page.
Anyway, I do not think sending 1 or 2 days late will matter that much, so to be on safe side, I would send the package on October 30, 2016.

I have exact same date for my conditional card to expire (1/30/2017). the earliest USCIS can accept our package is on 11/01/2016 https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/dateCalculator.html
Thanks for the FYI. We were planning on sending it on Sat Oct 29th so USCIS gets it on Mon 10/31 because technically 90 days before Jan 30th is Oct 30th right?
The link u sent didnt work. Can u resend it or explain why Nov 1st is the earliest USCIS can get our paperwork?

Oh no, how could they? It was their fault asking you to file by that date . My Green Card expiration date is the same as my POE date. I wonder why yours differs. May you have better luck sending it the second time.
Yeah, we weren't gonna send anything until end of this month but them we got that letter confusing us...but it's better that way instead of getting denied for filing late. I'll still be following this thread and keep updating my timeline. ?

Hello everyone,
Today we got our I-751 application and paperwork back from USCIS
They said we filed too early....we received a letter from them on 10/8 say8ing: "Our records indicate that you entered the U.S. as a conditional permanent resident on 1/13/15" and the letter goes on to say we must file 90 days prior to the Jan 13th date. The letter we received today said we filed too early since my husband's GC expired on 1/30/17 and they said to file 90days prior to that date (1/30).....
So beware everyone.....DO NOT SEND paperwork by the date provided in the letter from USCIS (if you get a reminder letter) use the Expiration Date printed on your GC.
We'll wait to resend the paperwork again end of this month so they get it by 10/30.....If anyone can update us on the list would be appreciated.

We finally sent off our paperwork so I added us to the list.
Now the waiting begins.....
Also, in case you were not aware....you cannot use FedEx or UPS to send paperwork to a PO Box. (We didn't know this since we used a lawyer last time when we filed the I-130). We went to the USPS and they have Priority Mail express which you can track online.

Hello Friends,
I'm glad to join and be part of this forum. On Saturday (10/8/16) we received a letter from USCIS reminding us to file form i-751.
We're getting ready to send out the i-751 form for my husband this week (Hopefully tomorrow, Monday, or Tuesday).
A few Questions:
1) In the beginning it's asking for USCIS Elis Account Number (if Any). Is this the DOS Case # when we first applied with the i-130 (CR-xxx-xxx-xxx-xx)?
2) I'm the USC and have a daughter, from a previous relationship before I met my husband. And my husband and I don't have any children of our own together. On Part 5 "Information about your children" should I put my daughter's name (even though it's not my husband's child?).
3) The form states we need to submit evidence from the beginning of the marriage until now...does that mean we need to send all the paperwork we sent to the NVC previously?
4) So far we have the following evidence:
- Paperwork for buying a house (Deed of trust, home insurance, home inspection,etc.)
- Lease Contract for apartment we used to live in last year
- Bank Statements
- Utility Bills, Joint Credit Card statements, Copy of each of our Credit Cards
- Copy of joint car loan and also paperwork of when we applied (the letters you get from banks stating they didn't accept your car loan request & also the one that accepted us). Also provided monthly statements of car loan
- Car insurance showing both of our names
- Copies of flight itinerary, flight tickets, copy of each of our passport showing visa, and photos of trip to Egypt.
-Tax Return 2015
- Copy of front and back of his conditional green card.
- Copy of his passport showing i-551
Let me know if we're missing anything or if we should include additional documents?

Congratulations!!! I cannot tell you how happy I am for you! Alhamdulillah! Now we just need to get Soloenta and her husband through their interview.
I know this is so stupid, but every time someone makes it through Cairo, it helps me to breathe a little easier.

And thats not dumb..I used to be the same way whenever I saw good news from someone in Cairo and got hope. I still need to put the interview review but been busy, hopefully i post it today or tomorrow. For me reading the interview reviews helped alot but there not so many current ones from Cairo so I wanna make sure I share that with my fellow Egyptian filers. Thank you so much for updating the spreadsheet.
I sort of remember reading somewhere before that we can check the status of the application by inputting some number included in the Biometrics Letter.
Can someone provide me with the website and which number I should be looking for so I can see the updates on our case online?
Also what's next after the Biometrics appt? Is it true that not everyone gets an interview or did that change recently?
