Usually about 2 to 3 weeks after you submit the DS-261 the IV bill is invoiced.
Actually for most of us its going on 4 weeks from the DS-261 submission.
I'm still waiting for my IV invoice and I submitted my DS-261 (for the second time but that's another story) on May 21st.

I'm on the I-130 Facebook group. Someone who submitted the D-261 form on May 21 just paid the IV fee. It took her 12 business days.
Well as with everything else NVC related, either there is no rhyme or reason behind when they get to things or something was messed up during the double submission and thanks to the 30 day policy they won't be able to help until after June 21st.

I submitted 261 twice. one on 5/20, one on 5/31. Idk if you had same problem, it was incomplete after few days and had to resubmit 261 on may 31st. called in June 4th, they said they got my 261 on June 2...
Yes. Exactly the same problem, submitted the form on May 13th, then it showed as incomplete after a couple days so I resubmitted it on the 21st. Called NVC and they only have a record of the one I submitted on the 21st. Insert standard "wait 30 days" reply here.

Not sure if this will be useful to anyone but I just got the confirmation of EP enrollment today. I sent the email on May 12th.
Still waiting on my IV invoice. I submitted the 261 on May 13th (the first time at least) so here's hoping I find something out on that soon.

Are the folks in the invoicing and DS-261 sections at the NVC asleep now? I submitted my DS-261 over two weeks ago and still no IV invoice.
Anyone know if the problem is that I chose no agent and want them to invoice me? Or are they just taking a really long time these days. I'm thinking at this point I'm unlikely to get an interview until August, or even September if they keep dragging their feet like this.

Just called NVC today because its been 10 business days since I submitted the DS-261 and no IV invoice yet. A couple of things to note based on this call
1. If you do make the mistake of loging in to your DS-261 after you have submitted it and it shows up as incomplete (as I and others have done) and then resubmit because you are worried, it resets the submission date in their system.
2. They are now saying that it is 30 days to process the DS-261, despite the information that comes up on the screen after you submit it that it should take 3-5 business days.
If the 30 days is correct I guess I'll be lucky if I can get an August interview at this point. Frustrating because if I want to move before January I need to resign from my job now otherwise I am under contract until the end of December.

I'm actually not convinced reading the confirmation number would work. I'm in the same situation, submitted once on May 13th then it went incomplete and I submitted again on May 21st. I looked at both my confirmation pages and the confirmation number is exactly the same on both.
I've tried to get NVC to do something but they won't because in their system May 21st is the only date they have. So now I'm just playing the waiting game.
