From what I have read previously here at VJ it takes about a month and sometimes less to receive your interview by mail.

I think they do that for everybody when they get here for the first time. When I came here in 2004 the did exactly the same with my mom my brother and me. At the secondary room they asked us who was the sponsor(my father) and asked us about the address to where we wanted our green card to arrived. As I can remember they didn't give us anything from the develop just our passport with the stamp.
Your next step getting marry....and also read this....http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos Hope this help! Relax and enjoy your fiancé's company

    Hi,
Yes, there are fees that need to be pay before and after the interview.
Fee for DS 230 or DS 260 both are the same expect that DS 230 is send as hard copy and DS is 260 send electronically. For each member that you are sponsoring you are required to pay $230. This means $230 for your mom and $230 for your dad. And also have to pay for the affidavit of support which is $88 dollars. After their visa are approved you have to pay $165 dollars in order for them to receive their green card. You decide when to pay the $165 it could be before they come to the U.S. Or after they arrive, BUT REMEMBER THEY WON'T RECEIVE THEIR GREEN CARD UNTIL YOU PAY THE FEE($165).
    Hope this help!

Only if they ask you about your occupation at the interview. You did the right thing by writing the actual occupation when you filed the form. They might ask you what is your current occupation as part of your interview. Just say that right now you are working and that you have your degree in whatever it is that you studied.

Oh wow, they shouldn't so long when children are involved. But in my case they might think that I'm getting pay for my husband green-card. So many people have done it that they have to be really cautious. Stay positive!
    Shouldn't take*

    Hi AlexandCarlos19,
I saw Nebraska processing time here
http://www.visajourney.com/content/times on your right you will see "current processing time" and you will also see the section where it says I-130 IR1/CR1 & K-3 Visa Nebraska is NSC....as of today they are working on January 12 2014. I checked yesterday and it said they were working on January 2, 2014. It seems that they're doing their job there! If any question don't hesitate and ask me!
