  1. I completely understand what you are saying. I had no intention on saying whether the CO was right or not, and I fully understand his actions. I said that because in my mind this was the least possible thing from which we would get refused due to the fact that my father considers our sponsor very capable when it comes to such matters.

We're now expecting the new forms on which the sponsor told me that he had written this : Support without limit until they find jobs . I don't know what will happen next. If this doesn't work as well, we will find someone else.

I guess thats sounds better than, few monthd, so getting a job means you can stand up on your feet .... so it makes it up to the " until necessary" ... good luck bud
  2. hello,

i am waiting for the second letter for my visa interview, which should be coming these months.

I am concerned about the documentes that are needed during interview. I am Albanian and i did my high school in Albania

But later I have lived in Italy for several years where i graduated.

My question is do i have to translate and legalise at the italian foreign affair minister my bachelor degree and the police statement from italian police or there is no need to legalise my bachelor degree because i have my albanian high school degree? And the police statement for the years i have been living in Italy???

    Please help me,

    thank you in advance!

Your high school diploma will suffice to get you through, but since you mentioned that you have university degree, you will need to show it. If they ask for it.

The legalisation is not necessary for italian diplomas st the ministry... only Albanian documents need to be

  3. At the moment I'm signed to go to the Paris embassy, but I'm trying to move it to London. Any ideas if they are going to make a problem about me having all the money transfered at once to my account?

I'll have money transfered for me and my wife, so it will be probably more than $10.000 at once.

    Thank you!!

If you are single, and have 10000 euros, you ok to go!
  4. Hi everyone,

I've just started filling out the DS260 form and I realized my passport is expiring on the 10th of June 2015. I'm not sure my number will be called before then (very unlikely that it will). What do I do? I guess I should just fill out the DS260 form with my current document, but should I try to get a new document before the expiration date and get them to reopen my ds260 to add that? I'm pretty sure Romania stopped doing passport extensions since moving to the biometric passports, though I can always ask the consulate I guess..

    Thanks!

Just use your passport infos for now, and get a new one later...
  5. DS-260 asked for children information my child is a US citizen what should i answer ? as he is already US citizen he will not need immigrate visa (GC) is it correct to answer NO for both questions ?

Is this child immigrating to the U.S. with you? if i answer NO i'm getting the next question

Is this child immigrating to the U.S. at a later date to join you?

The answer is NO need to include children that's already uscitizen or green card holders.

  6. Hi all i am dv 2014 dependent and i have a question regarding police certificate

    1. I had live in UK for 5 years before 6 years ago but now i renewed my passport.. do i still needed police c eventhough i renewed my pp?

Your passport has no impact on the police clearance!

You HAVE TO GET IT !

  7. I am so sorry to tell you this, but your #1 "problem" is way bigger than you seem to realize. If your mom entered as married when she wasn't legally married, her application will be denied. None of the other stuff matters. The consular officials have no discretion over this. Don't spend money on medicals, visa fees etc, it will be wasted.

Edit: I'll answer some of the other questions as they might be of interest to other people but emphasize this is for info only - it does not matter in this case where the application will be denied

    - re 11 years of education. That is not sufficient. The notes are clear on this and people have been denied for this in the past. It is unfortunate but some countries' education systems are not seen as equivalent.

    - once everyone has successfully entered the US and activated their green cards, yes it then makes no difference if the principal applicant allows his/hers to lapse; the other family members have full unconditional green cards. The only issue is when the immigrant visas get activated initially, that the principal applicant must enter before or with the derivatives.

This case is just one of the best unqualified cases I've ever seen !

  8. to day i checked this and i count EU quantity of winners by country

    http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/diversity-visa/dv-2015-selected-entrants.html

EU total was 40,000 and my number is 42300 how it can be ?

    in 2014 there was 46,589

    Lol

In dv14 we have AF170000 while AF have 62000 selected including family members.

So don't worry CNs have holes in between.

That's just your case number, there is bigger than yours 2015EU47000 ....

  9. Immigration.com is totally broken. I can't reply to posts or create topics so I gave up.

I think there is a giant silent userbase blocked from posting by some bug or other and they can't report it because that requires reply/posting functionality that doesn't work. Look at how few posts are created nowadays. Even after DV-2015 results came out there was only a couple. Maybe only senior users can post? Either way it's not worth my time when VJ is working so well.

The link will take you to a new new forum try it and see all the buddies are there already!
  10. Hi! I'm from Venezuela and I would like to know if it's neccesary to take my high school transcripts if I already have a high school diploma?

And if I have to take my high school transcripts do I have to take to the interview both transcrips from elementary and secondary school?

Do the high school diploma and trancripts need to be apostilled or just translated?

    Thanks.

Read the instructions about the translation! The translated documents must show the stamps of an official translater.

And yes rather take your transcript with. You never know!

  11. I'm not really sure. I think the sheer size of the data is too much for the vBulletin software to handle. They have switched to better software now, so hopefully that will solve the problems - but I am trying to convince the owner to convert all the old data.

If they lose the old data, than that forum will become useless !

    I don't want to lose my sloner-axiom ! :P
