I am sorry this is happening.
It is always said on VJ that you should not make ANY plans until the Visa is in Hand.
The average is a few days for AP. it is rare to go into weeks and years, and it does happen without any notice.
Most USCIS websites states that this is resolved within 60 days.

Dont worry for 2 weeks in ap, sometimes that is normal.
You should start to worry after one month in ap.
