Thanks! I am glad it was helpful!
Thanks! I am moving ASAP. And yes, the longest nights and darkest months of the year are beginning, but oh well, at least my little family will be together, and we love snow! In fact, I bought myself some real winter boots from The Bay in Montreal during my visit! lol. Not joking! I haven't owned Sorels since I was a child! Soooo excited and happy!!! AND my ceac status changed to Issued! Hurrah!!

    To London Embassy members-

We just received the email from the Embassy that the courier is dispatched! I was able to track the package and it's our for delivery for tomorrow November 5th. Our interview was on November 3rd. So they are moving FAST.
    Email came from: (donotreply@usvisa-info.com)
Subject: U.S. DoS Visa system return travel document shipment notice

As @stackeria noted to me earlier here is info. with regards to actually tracking the package -->> The tracking link in the email was of course broken... But from that page you can select tracking, enter your tracking number, select "UK", and enter your post code. By "tracking" they mean it will state the expected day of delivery and then it will state when it has been delivered.

Only one last step left... paying the $165 USCIS fee.

Cheers everyone and have a lovely evening!

Thanks! I'm not gonna lie: It feels pretty good.
BTW, she received the courier email at 11am UK time yesterday. I don't know if they always send them around the same time of the day though. The subject of the email was "U.S. DoS Visa system return travel document shipment notice" and was sent from donotreply@usvisa-info.com.
Edit: The tracking link in the email was of course broken... But from that page you can select tracking, enter your tracking number, select "UK", and enter your post code. By "tracking" they mean it will state the expected day of delivery and then it will state when it has been delivered.

    VISA IN HAND!
2 business days after approval at the interview!
We had selected the $30 home delivery option with DX courier. The packet arrived just a few minutes shy of 11am UK time. Aside from the courier email yesterday, we never received any tracking information by SMS, phone, or email.
Tomorrow will be 14 months to the day that we mailed the I-130 petition.

Thanks! London is so quick! I wish we had filed DCF there last year: I had the option to move to the UK a few months before our wedding, but our attorney -- who is a joke and high up on my sh(ee)t list -- told me it was better for me to file directly in the USA.
We've just created the ELIS account and paid the $165 immigration fee. It was a bit of a cluster xxxx trying to update the mailing address in the ELIS profile. There have been reports on VJ that it's best to update those, so hopefully we did what we were supposed to. It was not completely obvious. For those who want to find out more about that, I believe this is the thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/439537-green-card-production-after-elis/page-86

I had an interview today, Nov 4, at the Kyiv embassy. Visa approved! They asked how we met, how long we have been dating before getting married, if I graduated with my PhD, and if I did my OPT. Everyone was nice. The only thing that got me worried was that the lady who collected my docs told me that my husband's tax return did not show enough income, so I might need a co-sponsor, but the person doing the interview never mentioned this again and just gave me the approval letter.

    Good Morning/Afternoon everyone -

I just wanted to share with the group that my husband Steve's visa was approved this morning at the US Embassy in London. Our case is now in "Administrative Processing" and the officer said the visa will be ready next week. He's still currently in London with a dead iPhone so he will post his review of his experience in the next day or so. Thank you all for your support and best of luck to you all. Cheers!

Super psyched to see how fast London processes visas! Congratulations guys
I wanted to be out of the UK by the Saturday after my interview (four days after) but not only is that cutting it a bit fine, that's the only date all my friends are off work so we can go out and say goodbye

Yeah, this seems too fast. Can it really be this easy? Maybe her name is misspelled on the visa or they accidentally have sent her someone else's passport or something?
