Same! Our files were in the same envelope I guess. Our case switched to Ready sometime in the last 2 hours.

The DHL package I was tracking was signed for at 2:34pm local time in London. That was fast work scanning our case files if they were indeed in that package!

I think we were in the same package and KOKO signed for our docs lol I was so happy to see how fast the Embassy scanned our case files.

When is your interview? My husband's is on Nov. 17th 9am. We were going to try for an earlier date as my Mom hasn't been well but now it's so soon anyway so it's not worth it.

Just wanted to update the group on Post NVC to the London Embassy, so others have an idea on the timeline for this process.

CEAC Site changed to "In Transit" on Wed. 10/15
CEAC Site changed to "Ready" this morning Fri. 10/17

I read a post on FB last night that someone said the NVC actually ships your docs the day before your CEAC updates to "In Transit". I think that is the case

Of course! I'd look to see if your case status changed to "Ready" sometime early next week since if it was shipped out today, it might arrive this weekend or Monday.

No prob! It'll say "Ready" after they input the case into their system. It takes a day or two for that to happen.

Here's my timeline for post-NVC and the embassy:

07/15/2014 - Case Left NVC

07/17/2014 - Case Arrives in London

07/18/2014 - Case Status shows "Ready"

08/04/2014 - Interview - APPROVED

08/05/2014 - CEAC shows AP

08/07/2014 - CEAC shows ISSUED

08/11/2014 - E-mail from courier received

08/12/2014 - VISA IN HAND/ELIS Fee PAID

p.s. Don't freak when it shows "Administrative Processing" (AP) as this is normal procedure after the interview for them to do some background checks or whatever else they need to do before they print and issue the visa.

Yep! No idea why it goes back to "Paid", but there isn't a lot of sense in this process as it is.

One last question, when the docs arrive at the Embassy what does the site update the status from "In Transit" to ? I think my docs got shipped out today and I'm watching DHL lol.

Question for the group. My CEAC site says "In Transit" but when I log into the "DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application" portal page the Affidavit of Support Fee has changed from N/A to Paid. Is this normal? Thank you.

CEAC site finally says "In Transit". Good bye NVC, Hello London Embassy. My husband also completed his medical today in London. So blessed to be able to tick off another step to POE.

Just to update everyone also waiting for NVC to ship their cases:

Our CEAC status is still "At NVC". It's been 33 days since case complete and 11 days since they scheduled the interview. As far as I can tell, we have the earliest UK CC date but the latest UK November interview date on the spreadsheet. Everything that could have gone wrong at NVC has gone wrong for us. I expect the embassy in London will have an emergency shutdown on November 21st and a volcano will erupt shortly thereafter in Iceland.

I wonder what the hold up is? It's so frustrating. Tomorrow my Husband has his medical appt. and our docs are still at the NVC. We even got the Interview letter as well. I don't get it!

My documents are still at the NVC and have not yet shipped to the London Embassy. We received CC on September 26th. How long does it take for the case to leave NVC? My husband has his medical appt. in London tomorrow. Thanks.

Looks like NVC is saying up to a week,. That's when they use to send out in a week.

When will your Petition get shipped have no idea. I suggest for you all who want to know to call week like Wednesday and ask has your petition been sent. Or just keep eye on the CEAC Visa tracker.

Hi.. I got case complete on September 22 by calling NVC. 2 days ago i called and let them know that i have not received case complete email, and the lady told me that they will send by email in 3 business day. But no email yet till now. I will wait till tomorrow tho about the case complete email.

Also i asked about interview schedule and the lady told me they dont know yet.. and she said there is no timeframe to figure out when is the interview date.. but she said it all depends the embassy spot.. ( for my case Jakarta Embassy in Indonesia )

So now.. like most of you.. I'm just waiting and expecting an email from NVC pop up on my email

I was just told by the NVC (Rep Jack) the exact same thing...

They dont know yet.. and she said there is no timeframe to figure out when is the interview date.

I just got off the phone with NVC Rep Jack and I didn't learn anything. He said that he cannot tell if interivews are being scheduled and told me to call once a week or wait for the interview email.

I'll wait for the interview email (unless someone reports on here that they got an interview date).

I called NVC more than enough times when I heard the rumor of NVC started scheduling interviews on here.

I'm on hold with them now after re-dialilng 14 times. Stay tuned.

A quick question for those of you out there and of course the lovely dwheels76: Has anyone done a DHL search recently to see if ANY cases have been shipped out from the NVC in the last week up until today? I tried for the first time just now, and it is giving me an error. I am hoping not just because there are none that have been sent, but just because I am doing it wrong. Would that give us any indication if ANYONE in the world has gotten an interview date scheduled recently, beyond the scope of the users of this thread?

I finally got the DHL tracking figured out. Try the example that I have listed below under 9/29. Then select your country. I have seen packages arrive in the UK but there is no way of knowing if it's my paperwork or not

Okay! I just called at 5pm (EST). It's official we don't have our interview dates today!
