so it doesn't have to match the last name of the mother? The last names of the children are the father's last names.

hello, do you know if my fiancée's daughters need to show the same last name on their new passports as my fiancée's? She is about to process new passports for both her girls and they have never had passports and she is annulled now. Thanks
-
Ok, thanks. If that's the case I'll remove the chat logs.
-
You are just starting the process, you only need evidence of having MET IN PERSON within the past 2 years. You do NOT need copies of chat logs. You should send copies of your passport pages with the entry/exit stamps (+ bio page), receipts from when IN the Phils, copies of boarding passes and pictures together.
Letter of intent and the forms need signature and dates.
Also I am including evidence of an ongoing relationship (chat logs) with this K1 visa, will this be OK? I figure it should not be an issue. I saw this in the K1 fiancée visa guide on the Guides link:
Additionally, please note that providing proof of your ongoing and genuine relationship in this package may benefit you by allowing the consulate to have access to this information prior to them formally contacting the non US Citizen fiance. Many high risk consulates approach cases with a skeptical eye and providing this information early on in the original I-129F package will help them in their preliminary review of your case.

I met my fiancée in Korea in 2013 while she was on a worker's visa and I was active duty military so I have no passport with stamps but she has a passport with stamps so should I send that? Also do you think I'll need copy of my orders for being stationed in Korea? She went back to the PI in April last year and I have not been to the Philippines yet. Will this be a problem?

So the only thing that goes on the outside of the mailing envelope is the USCIS address like below? Is there an "attention I-129F" that needs to be added or anything else? Thanks
USCIS
P.O. Box 660151
Dallas, TX 75266 -
Ok thanks. ☺

I know the forms, the cover page, the letters of intent and the I-129F continuation page all need signed and dated but do any of the other items need signatures and dates? (messenger logs, receipts, etc.?) After this it is ready to go.
-
ok thanks got it, leave it blank
-
On page 3 of the I-129F it asks for address of the alien fiancée's children. Is this the current address which they live or address where they were born? I put the address where they currently live. Also for any items that don't apply I left blank, I suppose this is fine or put "does not apply" or none?
-
Ok thanks. Both of the children are hers and born in the Philippines.
-
So do children need a passport for the manila interview for a K1? Children are 7 and 4 years old.
-
Ok, thanks for the info. Yes, taking a deep breath LOL
-
Greenbaum/Hank, will my fiancée need to show she has a job for the k1 interview? I told her that it didn't matter if she had a job or not since she was immigrating. My biggest fear is we haven't been together in 1.5 years and only have Messenger/Skype logs, Skype video chat snapshots, money transfer logs, copies of emails.
-
Ok thanks. That USCIS address change link didn't work for me.
-
ok, thanks. The address is changed after she arrives here in the US and when we file for a AOS? What should she say at the interview if she is asked where she will live?
-
I am getting ready to move in the next month or so, is it best to wait until I get to my new address and change the info on the forms or can I submit the K1 visa package now?
-
Ok thanks, I'm going to do that.
-
Hank, do you know if a cooy of the entire annulment package (12 pages) is to be included with the K1 visa or just the one page certificate of finality?
-
Ok thank you. I have them on the I-129 and We have birth certificates and passports for the 2 children. Anything else needed for the K1 visa? Thanks again.

Petition for alien relative here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/childpet
Unless it's not needed and only need them on I-129F? Ok I was confused if that's the case
-
Ok thanks, yes the children are on the I-129F and also each are on a I-130 (K2) as this website says to http://dennyeyberg.wix.com/filipino-am-visa#!filing-the-petition/c30m
-
Ok, wasn't sure if any custody or permission letters were required for the K1 regarding the children.
-
Ok thank you for the information.
