My wife's Philippine passport expired in Feb this year and was thinking we need to get this renewed ASAP before we submit for removal of conditions?  or can this wait until summer?  We will have to drive to the Philippine consulate in Chicago to do this.  Also will her daughter's need separate ROC forms for submitting for removal of conditions?  I was thinking yes.

Ok the AOS package was mailed on Saturday and received on Monday 18 July just waiting on a text. I imagine this takes a few days or more, any feedback from other people on how long this took? and how long until the next NOA in the mail?

Ok just one last question (I hope LOL) At the top right of the G325A form for my spouse it has a block for File number. I assume this is the Alien number since it has an A in it?

For the K1 AOS and Biometrics fee do these get combined into one check? One check for $1,070?

I do have a cover letter for the AOS package, I was not going to include one for just the affidavit of support though.

Also, I'm finishing the G325 forms for the K2s and was wondering in the block for father, is this the biological father or is this me, the step father? I was thinking biological.

And for the package for each K2, do I need to make an exact copy of everything? The marriage certificate, the affidavit of support, wedding photos for each K2 also? 3 copies of everything exactly? Thanks

Ok I see, I was reading that someone else listed this for the affidavit of support: Cover Letter from USC Spouse, Primary Sponsor (Explaining knowledge of Financial Obligations towards sponsoring you, the applicant) but if is not needed I'll disregard it.

My wife is worried about filing adjustment of status by 13 July because that date is stamped on the passport and is on the I-94, my question is will this date matter now that we are married? I am still filling out and printing the AOS package for all 3 girls and will submit by 13 July, probably first week of July. Will this be ok?

Ok thank I'll do that. Also today we tried to get her temp drivers permit after she passed the test Saturday. When we tried to get the temp drivers permit the office said that the expiration date on the I-797 was passed and that her license would expire on 13 July, that is very soon so he called Columbus main center and they said at the end after asking quetions that she will need to have the AOS approved and a green card in hand to get the temp drivers license, does this sound correct? Also, The expired I-797 should not matter and we just got married 28 June so is she ok and won't have to worry about the 13 July on the I-94? The person at the BMV had no idea and had to call the main Columbus office so I had some serious doubts that the info was right. Thanks

No A# on any of the visas for the K1 or the K2s and the only A# I found was on the NOA2, do I use this only for my wife and the K2s I put none or leave blank? Called USCIS and they said it was on the passport but that was incorrect

Only see a control number, passport number and a visa number in red letters. Is it the visa number?

Ok thank you. Yes I see the fees for the employment and travel forms are waived if submitting with I-485. Also, do they get an A-number when entering the US or only after the temporary green card is that issued?

Hello, we are about to submit the AOS packages and are wondering 1. do most people do the wife's last name change before submitting the AOS package? trying to find out what is the proper and easiest way and 2. do the K2's AOS package need to be the exact same as the K1 package?

Hello, just so everyone is aware because maybe we misunderstood the Cebu cfo seminar requires the k1 holder to register online and make an appointment like manila cfo does, we were told it was first come first serve at Cebu cfo. We have to schedule an appointment at probably manila now and money has been wasted unfortunately. Just want everyone to know who reads this if you are unsure

She followed the 221G instructions for a new AKA NBI but just checked nonimmigrant and put passport number instead of the other option immigrant and case number on the form at 2GO. We shall see this week.

Well she dropped off the NBI at 2GO today and filled out a form but she checked the nonimmigrant visa by accident and put her passport number but it is technically an immigrant visa so I hope this does not affect the delivery of the NBI report, it shouldn't since she is a K1 and they should know that
