That concern is for a friend who will file a k1 sooner.
they are confused now because in our case they send RFE letter to my fiancee for waiver of multiple filing.
My fiance once filed k-1 petition(9 years ago), the 2nd was IR-1(married for 5 years). that's why he didn't include the waiver, and now hoping and waiting they will approved the petition.

No waiver required for a second petition which is more than 2 years after the first

Thank you for answering my question.

Hello to vj members;
In the IMBRA limitation in I-129f form saying you need to submit a waiver if you filed petition 3 or more or been approved in less than 2 years.
since the fiance filed only once before (2003) and was divorce 6 years ago, and soon will file 2nd petition.
My question is, does he need to include a waiver for multiple fiancee filing?

I needed a waiver on my 3rd and got it quickly and easily. Fiances #1 and #2 dumped me over my explicit objection, so I just told USCIS what happened. They then approved #3, my wife, who is living with me now in New York.
very helpful information. Make me worried that maybe they wont approved our waiver, but hoping they will. just mailed our response to USCIS last friday.

Most common here scenario here at ph that I know is doing late registration though the child already registered. Just to avoid to much trouble. Though it will show in NSO the old BC not the new.

My fiancee has a daughter which is 6 years old . At birth fiancee was 21 . Her mother put herself down as the mother of fiancee ' s daughter because my understanding she was paying for the birth etc. Now the fiancee ' s mother has hired a lawyer to correctly put fiancee as the mother . My question for anyone . Does she need to supply both versions of birth certificate ' s when supplying documents for the visa application .
which means your soon to be mom-in-law did a late registration for your fiancee daughter? if so, it doesn't need to include the old BC, it will be a big question if you include that. correcting BC here in PH is pain in the ###, what more for changing a child's mother name? all they can do is file a late registration.

Thanks so much for the comments. We did research for the Step- parent adoption in my fiance state in Colorado and we get mostly all the answer we need even requirements and forms we need to fill up.
God bless you all.

I'm hesitant to post this question but I really wanted to know some ideas about the adoption.
I am under K1/k2 petition, and my f want to adopt my Son once we get married. But in my case my K2 is acknowledge by his father though we're not married. I did some research and read I need the consent of his father. Anyone here did this same case before? I just want to know if I need to wait the time we will file the adoption before I can ask consent to my son's father ? or is it ok and legal to do this while I am here in Philippines and just make it notarized? I hope I can get some comments regarding this issue. TIA

ok, thanks. I hope there is a way to expedite these passports.
Send her (them) to DFA Manila (main) to get a passport in just 10 days . I got my passport there 9 days after I applied.

You should receive NOA1 more or less 7 days.

I think you can get a GSIS ID if you are working in government. Iam not sure. But when I applied for my philippine passport I just have my Voters ID and my NSO birth certificate, and I got my passport in 9 days.
If your girlfriend have TIN number better for here to go to LTO and get student permit and after 30 days apply for NON- PRO driver Liscence.
