ive been in AP for 16 months now,going through my mail i saw an email saying my case has been updated check ur account. what does this mean and how do i check this account

Pls someone help me understand this process. is it a way of denial or what. we cannot just be on hold for unknown no. of years without an explanation . how do i find out what is going on?

The visiting stuf is only uk and europe based I'm sure does not apply to africa.

If I had been given visiting visa my husband would not have filed immigrant

The co gave us the visa.... The embassy called 8 days later to say we are on AP.

A friends own was not so his total processing time was under 6 months and he's with his wife now in the US

Ap does not have a specific time. It can be a week or any length of time.

Just pray and wait . We have been waiting since june 2013

He has called and called. He even wrote a letter still no reply

The embassy in Lagos should contact you by the end of the month and give you minimum of 3 weeks no maximum 6 weeks to prepare

As per medicals its just the xray she won't be able to do. No fear

I was going 2ru d AP list earlier and saw so many 2008. It was depressing but we r stii praying

No. But bh was divorced almost 8 yrs before I met him

The most sressful part is we don't even know what we are dealing with. No communication whatsoever. At least a clue to what went wrong

I was given a paper with an address of point of collection. After that nothing. All emails have been replied with sane answer. WAIT

Hello every one I'm veery new here.

My husband lives in the us and filed an immigrant visa for me and 2 kids! We went for the interview in june 2013 and was told to pock up our visa a week later on which date I was called to wait as we were on AP. We are still waiting. My husband is there in the US getting depressed as each day goes by. I'm here not knowing what to do and age is not on our side can someone pls HELP
