Hmmm..I only have about 4 or 5 small boxes of clothes...im keeping nothing, but a few years tax papers and my clothes) but I cant really ship it later, I need my clothes, and I have no one to ship for me. So I dont think it will be an issue for me to ship stuff...hopefully. even if I have to pay customs. It wont be much. My main stuff will be in my suitcase.
Anyone know about how to do POE?? Do we check our luggage in as usual?? Or are we required to do something different?

Speaking from experiences from my family members in NYC...whose situation is same as yours.This is what they did.
Write a letter explaining that she is pregnant ( including in the letter because of the pregnancy she needs assistance home and would prefer to have her mom with her and explain that her mom is the best person to assist her in so many ways.....) have the letter notarized.
Provide doctor's note along with ultra sound.
Because both husband and wife file taxes they used taxes assessment, joint bank account, job letter from both .
Maybe you have a better chance at doing it that way......however keep in mind requirements are different from country to country (this is done for Guyana)
And yes they were approved...mom got 10 yrs ...also in Guyana 85% women are housewives with no job, income, seperate bank account .

awwwww i can imagine I was just the way you are ....just relax you will be perfectly fine......read my consulate review and others too for K1 .......look at the "nvc.state.gov website " prepare for interview ....K-1 FIANCÉ(E) VISA INTERVIEW CHECKLIST and you should be ok.

You should be fine as the tax season for 2014 ends April 30 2015 and it does takes from 4 to 6 weeks to get transcript.
I am kinda in the same position as you as I getting the docs ready for the Affidavit of support and will not get 2014 tax transcript for the package.After sending in the docs , you can request the 2014 transcript and keep it just in case they need it.

If you are certain that its Global collection ( I know that collection agency ). Then call back the number , speak with a collection officer and or supervisor.
As long as you indicated that you are no longer living in Canada and wants your mom number removed by law ( the collection act and the provincial act) they have to removed it , in the province of BC and AB they have to removed it immediately if you want cease and desist the other province requires a register mail to place a cease and desist calling.
As for you , once you indicated to the collection agency that you are living is the US and don't wish to be contacted they have to stop collections calls. Only a supervisors can call you only if they are licensed to collect in the US ( there is a privacy law for that with Canadian collection agency and consumer who migrate to US) at that point you can opt not to update your phone number and address in the US and if they insist just advice you will seek legal advice.
