What is the procedure or possible step to do in marrying a canadian green card holder here in the states? Is that possible or what could be done in this situation? Thanks!

I am starting to gather my requirements/ evidence for ROC. I just want to know if my mother inlaw or sister could write a letter for me? or does it really need to be from friends? I just want to make sure. My inlaw and sister were in our wedding. Thanks!

Hi! I just want to ask if its okey to have our papers ready 4 months before the 90 day window because my husband is going to leave for deployment so we will have it ready before he will go and send it by the 90 day window. If not , what will be our option? thanks!

If you have orders for OCONUS, and your AOS is complete, you can skip right to Naturalization, no three years, no five years... we went from K1 to today's naturalization interview in just over 2 years. Check out my old posts, timeline and 319(b).
what do you mean by OCONUS orders is that same with deployment or PCS?

hi everyone need your help in going through lifting condition process. My 2 year green card will be expire in January 29, 2017. I just knew that my husband will be deployed again around that 90 day window to file the petition. We were planning of having it file before he will be deployed but its like too early before the 90 day window of filing it. And I know there are some documents that he needs to sign or whatever documents so what can we possibly do with this situation?

I would just put your current address on the form and have your husband put that address on the I-864. Once you do become a LPR and the I-864 is enforce, you have 10 days to notify the USCIS via the AR-11 and your husband has 30 days to notify them using the I-865. Right now you are not a LPR so you do not need to complete the AR-11.
Good luck,
Dave
