Since the passport was taken from him,he will get his visa,he make mistakes in the frist place, he got the wrong birth citificate, iam nigerian, i stay in usa, the only birth citificate usa need is from national population, best luck to him,

Hey guys , Iam seek and tried of Atlanta office , I came here on k1 , march 2015,I file for adjustment of status, got a letter on June of interview waiver , up still now , I still didn't hear noting from them , I just want to know , has anyone here , went through all this in Atlanta office ? Will like to know .

I was just asking , i has already summited aos since march ,2015 , till today didnt hear noting from usics , last time my wife called them ,they said they sorry for the delay, i came here as k1 , march 15 this year will mark it a year the card been in process

dont worry ,since they called him,he will have the visa,maybe they updated his case today,he is very lucky,you can write the usa embassy about his coming,tell them they called your husband to be,that he will be there on tuesday,nomally immigrant visa ,its only issued on tuesday and thursday,once they give him ,green sticker,he should go to his hotel room celebrating ,he will ask to come back on thursday or tuesday,at 2pm,,he need to keep that sticker safe,cause without that,you will not be allowed to enter the embassy,once he open the passport,the visa will be inside,valid for 6months,and some evenlope ,they will tell him not to open the evenlope ,its only usa immigreation has the right to open it,at the point of his entry to usa, as soon as he present his passport,the officer will be expecting the evenlope,iam for him,

That's good news , cause that's the way I did my , after they called my wife , they called me , he should move very past to Dakar , cause delay may cause harm , when he arriver in Senegal , at the embassy main gate , the officer will not allow him to enter , cause maybe his name didn't appear people that will be in the embassy that date , but when the guy on the gate ask him his passport , he will enter it on the system to see if he got appointment that date , he should not move , if the office tell him that he didn't have appointment here , he should tell him , the embassy called him , the officer will commicate with the embassy inside , he will

jennw,well i didnt apply for spouse visa, i only apply for k1 ,iam already in united states,iam nigerian,but was staying in gambia,if you can afford to go with him to dakar do that,they will allow you to get in,i dont know if they rules has change,but they always allow usa citizen to enter the embassy anytime,he get a better chance if you went with him to the interview,and he will under go medical text,they will send you the information you need,

I remember they only got 2 doctors I used doctor Hassan he is from morocco , and one of her lady staff she from morocco too, I got one Gambia that will have interview on 9 of this month , I have called his brother , his brother told me he will called him and he will inform me , if the make recent change , and I will get back to you , he is still in k1 , but he is Gambia by national

well maybe the change,cause i called my friend this morning ,he was telling me,doctor suppose to give him his results,cause when i went for my before,the lady that work with the doctor said,if doctor give you the results, that means good,if not,that means is bad results,but any way,try contacting the embassy ,every week,even everyday,cause i know the reason,iam saying this,and make sure you keep hold of your phone,they may end up calling you,if i can upload my 221g form they give me,i will do it,

i just called my friend, he said the samething,that the doctor suppose to hand over his results to him,after the medical,i remember the time i under go my my,,i went to the doctor,i paid 27,000 cfa,he give me papers and ask me some questions,than i went to xray,the last one was they took my blood,and ask me to come back the next day or 2 days after,after all result, i was ask not to open the result,and hand it over to the doctor,before the doctor said to me,you have pass the test,come back a day to your interview,bring 6000 cfa,when i came back,he send me to get the vissine ,he injected me with it,and hand over my result to me,and tell me not to open it,that its only usa embassy in dakar,have the right ,tht when i open the result ,i will start from afresh,the day of my interview,the frist paper they ask at the embassy was docotor results,i remember ,i called my friend in usa,he told me,if the doctor didnt give you,your results,that means you have serious sickness,that is risks to usa goverments,when you go to usa embassy websites, pls try and read very well,you will see what iam talking about,

Well sorry to hear about what he went through , Iam confuse when you said doctor didn't handle his results to him, nomally doctor hand results to you , I will call my friend that just came on k1 about 3 months ago , he went through Dakar , if doctor didn't hand it to you , that seems that result got a problem , you need to do something really fast , I got friends that they place in AP, bot of them their documents were sent back to uscis, I just hear that uscis wrote the one that apply on k1 , that he should start new processing , after one year and 9 months on AP, pls pls pls do thins fast , cause once they send his paper back to usa , it's a problem , I was place in AP , for one month , and the embassy ended up calling my wife for second interview , asking her about me , there Alots to say about the embassy , what Iam so confuse about his medical .

Yea they look into it , you have to make sure you make a lot money or your co sponsor can meet poverty guidelines for spouse visa , your husband need to bring pics to the interview and the conversation , I mean charts , I printed almost 400 copies from what's app viber magic jack emails and my wife kids write a letter and notorized it , but they didn't look at the letters , all they after is pics chart , like old charts

That's were I got my visa , I didn't came on married visa , I came on k1 visa , Dakar is not easy embassy , but best luck to your husband , since he is Gambia by national he got a better chance ,Iam Nigerian by national , I have live in Gambia for 6 years , I meet my wife , she came all the way from GA TO BANJUL , if I could remember , she came march 2014, and she apply k1 for me , December I went to INTERVew , it didn't went well , they said they will get back to me , on jan2015 usa embassy called my wife , for another interview , before they later called me , I got a visa on 20jan , all will be aright , just get more prove ,
