We got our NOA letter on July 27th, but still haven't heard anything about the biometrics appointment. Should I be panicking? It's been almost two months! Yes. We are still waiting as well. NOA letter 7/24.

Mailed on the 20th of July 2017 and receipt date is July 24th.

Date of I-751 = 7/20
NOA Date = 7/24

The NOA APPROVAL letter was dated June 12th.... my date eap/ap was received on March 31 and NOA date for 485 was April 8

Last night I came home to find an NOA letter saying my husband's EAP/AP was approved. No card(s). My cases online have not updated ... no email...no text.... the NOA date was 06/12/2015

Can someone please help me by telling me if we are able to travel by plane within the U.S. if the 90 days are up and still waiting on the EAP/AP and no US ID?

I am on day 72 and nothing as of yet. Based on the VJ Processing times they are still working on March 30th applications for the EAD. Its actually been on March 30th for a few days. To my luck my application was received in Chicago on March 31st. Waiting for that date to change to March 31st so that I know that they are working on my application. Hope we all hear back soon.

Hello everyone! I sent the AOS package on March 31, but my NOA is April 5th, so I consider myself an April filer! I am also (impatiently) waiting for the EAD. Hopefully it won't take long for all of us. I had an RFE so that is probably going to delay my process, but as of May 22nd they are ready to schedule my interview.. Now let the waiting continue!

We have similar timeline... they received on March 31, 2015 but they dated NOA on 4/8/15... no news yet

Is it ok to file without having done my 2014 taxes yet.

Other than the forms that are required what other documents are needed is there a checklist somewhere.

My wife is still waiting. CEAC said the visa was "issued" last week Tuesday. The good news is that the Passport Tracking system on ustraveldocs website changed today from "your passport is at the embassy" to "your passport has been received from the consular section and is currently being processed for delivery." We hope that means it should be at the MBE store in Megacentro soon.

My passport status went through the same changes today as yours.

Answered my own question - it can.

My fiance did go with it to get it done and was able to with no problems

I am happy I found your response, I have been looking all over for questions about the medical! What happens if you schedule an appointment for the medical and the results aren't ready for the interview? Typically, how long does it take to get the results? Thank you for helping me if you can

I'm in the same boat! Some people seem to say keep waiting, that they'll send you the paper. Others say go ahead and do the DS-160. Sigh.

Don't keep waiting love ... you have to do ds160, create a profile, print payment fee slip, pay fee, wait up to 48 hrs for receipt to be activated in order to schedule BOTH appts, once you schedule, print out appt confirmations and go get medical done. I have done all these steps and my interview was scheduled by myself.

This is for cr1 as well...please don't waste more waiting on embassy to give u date.you will schedule both appts together in sync with this new process.

I dont have any idea how in avance of the interview you can schedule the appoinment at VCA, but i think that you need be sure to deposit your document and have fingersprints taken before interview at the consulate.

El consulado programa las citas en el consulado,ellos te van a mandar una carta con el dia de la cita, luego que ya sabes tu dia de la cita, entra a la nueva pagina y programa una para visitar el VCA, fijate la respuesta que da la consul general, que el que no va a VCA se le demorara el caso.

Hi, can someone explain me how should I proceed after the embassy received my case. I have been waiting since october 20 for the interview date and nothing yet. Today I read that I can schedule my interview at http://ustraveldocs.com, I'm almost done with the process, the only thing that I need to do is pay the fee and then schedule the date for the interview. So, I would like to know if thats correct, if I'm really scheduling mi interview or if should I wait for the embassy to send me the papers. .2) after paying the $265 fee, do I have to pay any other fee the day of the interview. 3)The petitioner have to be present the day of the interview

4) Any other information that I should know?

Omar ... first step is do the ds160, create online profile and print visa fee payment slip and take to banco popular and pay the money....after 24 to 48 hrs depending the time the payment was made you will be able to go back onto the dashboard on your profile and schedule your consulate appt first and then vac appt (two separate calendars) once that is complete you print out appt confirmation page and go get medical.

All of the above steps I have completed and finally have my appts.

I am doing K1 and our VAC appt. is on January 22 and for interview is Jan 23 at consulate and am as confused and I wish I would know what to expect. Guess I will find out.
