The petitioner can't be a co-sponsor. He/she is the main sponsor for you (if you are the beneficiary). Co-sponsor can be the petitioner's family or friends.

My fiance(petitioner) income is above poverty level so still we should fill I-864 and i-134 or only I-134.

You have to fill out online and printed the confirmation page. If you don't meet federal poverty guideline you need a co-sponsor. But you need to check if the US embassy in Islamabad allow K-1 visa to use a co-sponsor.

How can i check this plus can my fiance be my sponsor.

• You can call NVC or just waited the mail comes to the petitioner. Either way. But my suggestion, call them to get your case number faster
• I-134 has to fill out by the petitioner.
• Meanwhile the beneficiary can start to fill out DS-160 online form

First of all, congratulations for approval.

After approval, your approved petition will be send to NVC and stay there to get assigned for a case number. After received a case number - NVC will send you mail contain all information including your case number- your package will forward to the US embassy in Islamabad.

They will not mentioned exactly what they need in uscis application status. . Just showing that they are requesting additional evidence..they will send you mail stating what evidence you need to send.

If their would b RFE then they will mention it on case status ...

For us they send it by mail.and it will also show in uscis application status if they need evidence from you.

Do they send RFE in email or only in mail or they send a text on cellphone ?
