Hello everyone,
After I got a mail from approval mail from USCIS, I didn't get any mail from NVC so I called them and found out that they didn't get my case from USCIS. I filed a research and they emailed me saying they will contact USCIS on my behalf few weeks ago. I was wondering what should be my next step? I was also thinking about going to her country and marry her and update my case here. Anyone know if I can marry her in Nepal and update the case here or if i need to refile the whole process. If anyone has experience with this please let me know.
Thanks,
Suman

Actually, I am on the same boat. I got approval notice on September 16th. I have yet to receive any information from NVC. I called them and they said they haven't received the case yet.

I just called the NVC to see what's going on with my case. I had received approval letter on september 16th. They said they haven't received my case yet. I don't know what should I do. Did anyone have similar problem here? I would really appreciate any input on this matter.
Thanks,
Suman

Just gotta keep calling them until you get hold of someone. Best times to call are at beginning of work hours and towards the end. They will not respond to your email until the processing of your petition is complete.
Thank you. I will keep trying to call them in that case.

Congratulations. I am really happy for you. I hope I can say the same here soon.

Hello everyone,
I received approval notice on september 16th 2014 but I have yet to receive any information from NVC. I tried calling them but it says user is busy. Please let me know what I should do thanks.
I emailed them today saying it's been a month and I haven't received anything.
Any advice or suggestion would be really appreciated.
Thanks.

Hello all, Thank you for the input and advice. She is in Nepal. If that helps. Thank you. I am sure I have earned 17000 before I left the job. How can I prove that?

I left my job a month ago if anyone is wondering. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello everyone,
My I-129F was just approved. However, I have a problem now. I just joined a graduate program so I had to quit my job. My parents will sponsor my fiancee. I was wondering if that will have negative affect on her visa process. If anyone have any suggestion that would be great.
Thank you in advance.

I am a April filer and got transferred to CSC on August 11. I am wondering what that means to my application.
Any help or insight would be great

I sent about 4 pages of emails and 4 pages of skype chat from different days spread over the time we had corresponded. It was apparently enough.
I'm sure it depends on all kinds of factors, though. You need enough to convince the reviewer that your relationship is legitimate.
My own case was probably low suspicion as we are both in our 50's.
I see. We are both in our mid 20's. Thank you for sharing your experience with me/us.

How can I edit those chats for printing then out? Pick one page from each week? Or month? Sending 700 printed pages will be useless, I think - they will get scared and just toss them away without reading... What can be the best policy? I wish there were specific precise instructions on this matter...
I wish a USCIS officer was reading our topic and commenting on that, sharing with us the way they treat skype chat logs from I-129 packages...
Hi, What I did was put everything in one file and copy every 30 pages and save in different file.
So long as you have the proof of meeting for the I-129F, the rest is just for the K-1 visa interview at the consulate and not really required for the I-129F petition to be approved. If you are front-loading so this evidence will be in your file already for the K-1, then I do not think it is too much. Hundreds of pages is too much for an I-129F petition. Yours seems just fine and a balance of different types of evidence. Good luck!
Sorry Kay. Thank you so much for replying and helping me with this process.

Embassy reviews / Nepal.
Definitely not too much. Bring more to the interview spanning your entire relationship time from day one to current.
No you can't. No digital items.
Thank you for helping me and other who has similar question, Ebunoluwa

I don't think it's too much. I have over 700 hundred Skype chat pages in fine print so far.... Whih can be doubled, I think, by he day we file the petition. I don't know how to edit them so to turn them into something not too heavy for sending the petition... Shall put then on the CD as a word file?
Actually I have over 700 pages of skype chat too but I am just picking every other 30 pages. I am not including everything. If I include every messages from viber, skype and facebook I will have more than 2000 pages of chat logs. About sending those in CD. That is a interesting idea. I wonder if we can do that/

No, it is not too much. I hope you also have receipts of your spend together, boarding pass, accommodation receipts, shopping, dining out,
credit card charges, ATM withdrawals etc...receipts that put you in the same place at the same time so to speak.
Ask in your regional forum. Read reviews from others of their experience, specific to your embassy, what they want and how much is considered enough. Each country is different.
I would ask in my regional forum but it seems to be dead. About credit card receipts: That is one thing I don't have but do have lots of pictures. Thank you for answering so those evidence i was talking about is not too much right? I was just worried about sending too much information.

Is this for the initial I-129F filing? Are you also including the most important evidence, which is proof of meeting face-to-face in the last 2 years such as copies of passport stamps and boarding passes?
Yes, Jay. I am filing for initial I-129F. I am also including passport stamps, pictures, copy of boarding passes for last 2 year. I was wondering if I am sending too much. If anyone could help me with this, that would be wonderful.
Thank you

What country?

Thank you for your help.

Hello everyone,
I am thinking about filing for K-1 Visa. I have completed all the required documents but I was wondering if this is too much proof.
So far I have:
about 6 pages of skype call log
about 25 pages of skype chat log
about 10 pages of sms while I was with her
about 15 page of facebook chat log
about 10 page of viber chat log
about 20 pictures
and some receipts.
I was hoping if some one could help me with this process.
Thank you.
