This is exactly what my Form I-797C, Notice of Action (NOA hardcopy) says:
"This is to advise you that in order to speed up processing we have transferred the above case to the following USCIS office for processing:
Vermont Service Center, 75 Lower Welden Street, Saint Albans, VT 05479-0001"

Received my NOA1 on April 2nd from Texas Servicing Center. I'm seeing others with, 13, 15, 17, and 20 day approvals from February and March. I hope we're just as lucky. Good luck.
