Hi everyone, I just want to asked if a 12 year old child need a swab test or negative result flying back to the US? Today is my child's 12 birthday and I finally able to bring her to the States. Our flight is on Monday August 2.

Hi Everyone, my daughter passed her interview last June 30th 2021. She received her passport/visa today but I was wondering it didn't comes with the brown packaged for immigration (medical records I believed). Is this normal? How long does it take to send it for us?

It is nice to be back here! I already obtained my 10yr greencard last August 2019. Planning to get my citizenship in the next two years. But my question is, my husband petitioned I-130 for my 10yo daughter last June 2019 and we just got approved two days ago.(Yehey!!)  What is next after approval? Should I wait NVC for her medical? And also does she undergo an interview too?

as stated above, your daughter doesn't qualify for k2 anymore, she should have come to the US within a year of your k1 approval as follow to join

now your husband will have to file the i130, the process will take a year until she can come, is her dad in the picture?

I'm sorry, but according to your timeline it's been more than a year since you obtained and used the K1? If so, your daughter is unfortunately no longer eligible for follow-to-join benefits using the K2 visa.
